  Awful experience

  The service I received at reception was appalling. Disorganised, argumentative & rude staff member who was extremely unhelpful. She made no attempt to make me feel welcome. I cancelled my booking & chose to stay elsewhere.

  Hospital trip

  We had an extended stay at the Summit Apartments. It was fantastic. We had to keep extending our stay and the managers were very accommodating. The rooms are serviced daily. There is no restaurant, but plenty of eating areas around. We had a very pleasant experience here, thank you.

  Relaxing

  We stayed here as it was close to the Andrew place hospital just a short walk very convenient as I had eye surgery done. The rooms r clean and tidy staff have been great nothing is to much to ask for. Lovely pool & spa my partner has used the small gym too. I am a keen photographer so the view was amazing looking over the city, I was able to get sunset & Rise from my room on the 7th floor, so close to Roma Street Parklands for a nice walk, we were very lucky they we setting up for the Enchanted Gardens so we got to c those lights as well.

  Beaut little place

  We travel from chinchilla 4.5 hrs drive we always stay across the rd at the chancellor hubby had a emergency specialist app I rang the chancellor but was told they were a covid hotel they suggested here could not fault the place we were on the 6th floor our room was more of a hotel room wit facilities to cook if wanted there was a washer and dryer in room the lady on front desk was lovely and helpful would stay again

  Pleasant enough stay but very outdated

  Pros: For a last-minute booking for NYE in Brisbane, the room did the job and was reasonably priced (I just wouldnt pay that price normally for the quality of room). Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Good location near the CBD and Fortitude Valley, easy to access. FREE PARKING! (A rare find in Brisbane city.) The bed was nicely made and had fresh new sheets, however the mattress was very soft. Cons: Room was relatively clean but a used pillowcase was left on the TV cabinet and the room had a musty smell to it (we ended up buying air freshener). Floor carpeting was buckling/rippling. Furniture was old-fashioned and basic, especially the kitchen cabinets. Bathroom was especially outdated with old-fashioned brown tiles, which made the room very dark, alongside a flickering bathroom light. Also the toilet seat was starting to come off its hinges. Air conditioning was rather loud so we turned it off at night, and the temperature is not adjustable.
