  Nice Stay

  Nice stay at The Stay...... Nice place,good location nice breakfast ,staff ok but 1 morning i put some small money on the bed for the cleaner, i went to breakfast and a walk for an hour and when i went back the money was taken but no "make up room" :-( thats not sounds like a good thing to do

  Good location, good experience, good choice!!!

  Booked the Stay based on their online ratings and have to say that their high ratings are justified. We stayed for four nights and the experience was overall very good. Let me start with the location- the Stay is located on a quiet road which connects to the beach road on one end and the busy pattayasaisong road on the other end. Being an excellent location, most of the buzz-spots were within 15-20 min walking distance. Walking Street was a 16-18 min walk, Central Festival Mall was 4-5 min walk and so was Pattaya night bazaar, beach road is 2 min walk, LK Metro is 6-8 min and most amenities including shops, restaurants, bars, were all in close proximity. Baht buses and taxis were always available, but never felt the need to board one. Being a tourist, I absolutely don't mind walking around a bit while imbibing the sights and sounds, so no issues there. The only time we took a taxi was when we went sightseeing. The room was very spacious, had a balcony and the hotel has facilities such as swimming pool, health facility etc. Can't comment on those since never made use of them. The breakfast was a buffet spread with western and Asian options. I would not say it was great, but was decent to get you started. Another thing which I liked was the fact that the hotel was not too crowded. I didn't come across any big tour groups during my stay, at least while I was in the lobby or the dining area. There were families, solo travelers, and the usual old whiteys with their young local companions (which is routine in Pattaya)! Most of the staff were polite and willing to help, when approached. Housekeeping staff ensured a regular tidy up of the room while we were out. A special mention has to be made of the girl who helped us with the check-in and was also there when we checked out. She was very courteous, helpful and always greeted with a heart-warming smile whenever around. It's a shame I forgot to ask her name, but she was lovely. If anyone from hotel management is reading this, please convey my thanks to her. Sometimes these little courtesies and gestures go a long way. Overall, my experience at the Stay was very good and I wouldn't certainly mind coming back. Soum

  relaxing time in patts

  soi 10 location is the best. quiet soi beach at one end, lk metro a short 5 min walk away, Hotel rooms were clean and plenty of space. House keeping did an amazing job every day. Roof top pool was good to relax in. Pool bar was the biggest let down, no or very little service, took for every to get a beer. We ended up going across the road to the 7/11 and buying beers, its was quicker. the hotel is good value, great location. We will be back again next time.

  Great hotel, great service.. one of my favourites to stay in

  what I like about The Stay Hotel - Great service.. front desk staff are great and very helpful.. truly professional - Underscover parking with security guard - Spacious rooms, clean and well appointed - one of the best Gym and swimming pool set ups Ive ever seen - located centrally but not near an noisy nightclubs or bars but close enough to main areas - Great breakfast .. nice selection of foods especially fresh fruits - Everything works.. AC is quiet and cold....after many stays I cant recall a single issue with this hotel ever

  Just Reopened

  I visit Pattaya every month, but have never visited The Stay Hotel. They were closed for about 6 months due to COVID and just reopened this weekend, so I thought I'd give them a try. I was expecting quite a bit of confusion after being closed for so long, but I found that everyone was handling the situation quite well. the room was very good, breakfast alright, and great location for the beach, shopping, and everything else!
