  The best hotel in Hunan of China

  I have stayed at this hotel for at least five times in the past two years. Each time I very much enjoyed the exceptional service, fantastic facilities and great food from the restaurants, not to mention the beauty of the hotel itself. It is definitely the best hotel located in Hunan province of China. This time, I brought my families to relax at this hotel for three nights. We really had a blast here. The kids liked the swimming pool very much, and adults enjoyed the sauna. I also wanted to take the opportunity to thank the manager on duty, Mr. Ray Chen, for his warm hospitality and taking good care of my family, which made the whole stay really comfortable and relaxing. With no doubt, I would stay at this hotel whenever I visit Changsha in future. And I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has a plan to visit Changsha. --W Peng

  Amazing , Luxurious Hotel with excellent service

  This hotel is really outstanding in all aspects. Not only the interior decor, the size of the room, the ambiance of the hotel, breakfast etc. It is like a 7 star hotel. Service is excellent and most of the staff speaks English and the restaurants serve delicious food as well. I can really relax and rest in this hotel. Also they have many International TV channels, CNN, BBC, movie channels and even KBS. Overall my stay in this hotel is really remarkable and I would love to revisit this hotel again soon

  Great and luxurious hotel

  I just had wonderful stay in this great and outstanding hotel. Originally planing to stay only three days for my business trip, my stay was so comfortable that I decided to extend two additional days to relax in the hotel, enjoy its facilities and to visit many beautiful places in the neighborhood. The General Manager of the hotel Mr. David Chen kindly advised me so many good places to visit, even by walk, as well very good restaurants nearby. He was looking after all the hotel guests with a lot of professionalism and high end services. The staff of the hotel was also very kind and helpful. Special mention and thanks to all the butler staff which provide guests with great personalized service 24h. It was really an amazing and very comfortable stay. The location is great. The rooms are very well designed and their decoration is very fashion. The chinese restaurant is a fine dining option serving delicious and creative dishes. The bar with its live band is a place where we can relax after dinner with some good music. Overall The top management and all the staff are very helpful, answering at any needs immediately. It is the top 5 stars hotel in Changsha. Definitely I highly recommend the St. Regis hotel. You will not be disappointed at all. Ambassador Tarek Amri

  A fantastic property for your destination.

  Had a weekend with St. Regis Changsha and met a group of warm and friendly team member. Had Cassie as my pre-arrive butlter and Cherry as my in-hotel bulter who are super friendly and helpful. Always respond my needs in no time and make me and my GF have a sense of home. An exceptional hotel, definitely stay again if comeback the city, recommended personally.

  Great bulter team!

  This hotel offers a great view as it sits atop of a 60+ floor high risenot THE greatest but definitely one of the few in this city. The butler service is great, offering us all kinds of tea and coffee during the stay. I want to thank Delia, Nina for their efforts. The swimming pool and gym, next to an open air loft garden, are great facilities as well.
