  un poco decepcionada

  la verdad la habitacion me dejo decepcionada .....el desayuno y el personal genial, menos uno del bar de noche que cuando preguntamos si habria posibilidad de tener algo para comer, o donde lo podriamos encontrar....su contestacion fue antipatico y brusco. La comida del desayuno muy buena calidad.....la habitacion dejo mucho que ver...las camas mal hechas, el decor muy viejo y casi necesitaba un mapa para encontrar la habitacion entre escaleras para arriba y para abajo. La mañana siguiente para ir por los pasillos, se tenia que tener mucho cuidado a no caerse, ya que las de la limpieza dejaba ropa sucia, bolsas de ropa limpia y cosas de limpieza por todos los suelos......tampoco habia ninguna en uniforme...para poder identificar si una era empleada en tu habitacion o alguien que no debia estar.......

  Wonderful Wedding

  We got married at the Southcrest Manor just before Christmas 2020. Due to the situation with Covid I had been apprehensive during the build up to it not knowing what we would be allowed, how many guests or even if it would be able to go ahead. My wedding planner Kay was absolutely wonderful from the very start. She was friendly, welcoming and did absolutely everything she could in order to make things as smooth and magical for us as possible. It turned out to be a small ceremony with just 15 of us, and I had worried that it might not feel like a wedding with everyone having to wear masks and spread out but that wasn't the case at all. It was just wonderful. All the staff were brilliant and the day went so smoothly. The food was fantastic and the service was so efficient. One day we hope to be able to have another celebration to invite the guests that couldn't be there with us and I would definitely look at holding it at the Southcrest again.

  clean and save

  Hotel very clean, lovely room with plenty of tea/coffee. Staff were very helpful I called hotel before booking and was reassured about the hotel and my stay ,this helped enormously, and same person on reception when I checked in which was nice. It was a very comfortable stay and I felt save.

  Brilliant, safe, friendly stay

  I stayed at the southcrest manor with my partner for a close family funeral. The staff at the hotel were fabulous! They couldnt do enough to help us. It had been a tough emotional day, the check in process was easy and not stressful, they upgraded our room. The room was beautiful, just what we needed after a hard day. The bed was comfy and the bath was relaxing! Breakfast was great and good value. They bought us tea, filtered coffee to our room in the morning too. Thankyou for making our stay easy and welcoming under the circumstances- I would definitely recommend and stay again!

  Clean friendly and COVID safe

  Two nights for business. Covid restrictions apply do a bit tied to the room but the room was comfy and clean. Room service was ok food fine. Tv wasnt working so used my phone - WiFi was fine. Shower average. Breakfast bag ok but bacon very salty and bun awful! Parking good. I will stay again. Staff friendly. Good value for money
