    Buenas instalaciones pero no lo vale el all inclusive

    El cuarto del hotel es confortable, con buen AC y buena wifi. También es agradable la terraza del cuarto.Las instalaciones son agradables: piscina, comedor, playa al pie. Pero funciona en régimen de all inclusive y en esto la relación precio / calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear. Es demasiado caro para la calidad de la comida que ofrece. Además, salvo excepciones, el personal de servicio no es ni muy amable ni muy atento.

    Lovely small boutique hotel in a fantastic location

    Four reasons why the Soco was perfect: - The location is perfect - right at the end of the boardwalk making it really easy to avoid the road when walking to the great selection of bars and restaurants in Hastings / Rockley; plus it has a very quiet, calm beach right in front so you have a choice of ocean or pool for swimming - It's nice and small, with I think less than thirty rooms, all with ocean view, meaning it's a wonderful place to relax, and small enough that all the staff remember your name, and it's easy to get to know the other guests - The food is excellent, and they are happy to amend portion sizes or go off menu when asked - The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and large. My only complaint was that the shower wasn't especially powerful, and looked like it could do with replacing.

    Great location - Boutique Hotel - six steps from a fabulous beach - great value

    We first entered the hotel through its check in entrance and received a warm welcome. We made our way to the rooms, all of which have a fantastic view of the sea and golden beaches of Barbados. The food was prepared fresh to order and the menu was changed on a regular basis. Recommend the daily fish and the Soco home made burger. The rooms were clean and staff very friendly. One thing we did, was to buy bottled water for the in room fridge from the local store, as this was not included. Overall a excellent experience, made by the staff and the location. Near to Bridgetown, with a few nice restaurants nearby, should you fancy a night off the all-inclusive package.

    Exceptional Service

    We stayed in room 402 on the top floor , the view from the balcony was amazing, it was like having our own private lagoon in front of us :)). We couldn't leave the hotel for the first 3 days whilst we had to take our covid test and wait for the results. Our room was cleaned daily and we were happy with everything.* The hotel and the restaurant followed the covid protocol every day of our stay , we were very pleased and happy with this. The staff made us feel welcome and part of their family , the chefs were very knowledgeable and paying to every detail are there food. There fish dishes and pasta dishes were cooked beautifully. My friend Shane behind the bar, he makes the best Rum punches ever.One night after the meal he educated me about Rum and different variety , I was obliged to try them ;) I SLEPT SO GOOD THAT NIGHT !! Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel at home , from the restaurant manager Channel and nuasica tashauna, raheem, Margaret and angel and the chefs Darren and Deborah, deran,Aberdeen and makelia and rest of the team. Thank you Thank you Perfect location if u want to use the broad walk :)) , right on the beach *Please note , if u are sensitive to traffic noise u might struggle in this hotel ,bus stops outside the hotel and the mini Van's will use their special horns anytime of day or night !!! You can hear the road traffic as well. Ps if I have forgotten ur name and didnt mention ur name , I am sorry u were all kind and wonderful and the security guard always came over for a little chat :))

    Absolute perfection on a paradise island

    We travelled here at the height of the COVID-19 in the UK, and despite several changes with flights and dates etc we still made it here, and it was certainly worth it. We flew out on 7th December and all the staff here and management are amazing. They had a tough job to do with all the restrictions of COVID, and they all excelled themselves, and the food was 5 star quality with a great choice of meals, the service was excellent, and there was always someone there to help and advise if you needed them. Before we even arrived, Chantel had been brilliant in dealing with our queries, and the hotel manager also replied to my emails with information as to what to expect at the hotel when we arrived as we were a bit unsure what restrictions to expect. This hotel has a superb location, one of the best spots on the island, right on the beach, and in close vicinity of shops, bars, beaches and lots of the tourist attractions. The views are stunning with excellent views of the ocean, and even if you have been to other Caribbean islands as we have, this is as good as it gets. We would not hesitate in going back there to this same hotel. We can't fault it, give a go and you won't be disappointed. It has the tranquility that we wanted with all the facilities included, and they make superb cocktails!
