  Overnight stay due to early flight

  The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The menu selection for dinner was good and was the food itself was well cooked. Breakfast was also good. The room was nicely decorated, clean, tidy and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fine but the shower head didn't fit with the holder and you couldn't adjust the height as that too was broken. This a basic requirement that needs to function properly. Also we couldn't watch the TV in our roon as the aerial didn't work despite moving it. I mentioned the above points to to a member if staff before I checked out. It's a good location for Newquay airport as it's a 5 minute walk to the airport terminal

  Just what we wanted

  We were in Cornwall for 1 night and wanted somewhere convenient to stay that wouldnt cost a fortune. This little find is a stones throw....literally from the airport and a £10 taxi ride to Fifteen restaurant. Raff greeted is when we arrived with a welcome cold beer and couldnt have been more helpful. There is a large pool room off the bar with 2 pool tables which was an added bonus for our sidling rivalry. Maya was also chatty and welcoming. Room was clean, bedding was nice, bathroom could have done with a little updating but was clean. We enjoyed a drink and done more pool when re arrived back from our night out. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was awesome. Thanks guys

  Definitely a must visit, AMAZING!!!

  On holiday with the family 8 adults 2 kids and a dog, made a booking but there was a mix up on their part, this wasnt a problem however, I didnt get anyones names but a table for our party of 10 was soon laid up for us by a lovely lady and apologies in the form of our first round of drinks on the house were made! Were so so glad they could accommodate because the food was absolutely amazing, the best Ive ever eaten out, whitebait to start, perfect sized portion, nice fresh salad with it, others in the party had the king prawns which I kept wishing Id ordered they smelt lush! Main was the top rib, oh my god it was delicious, I also tried my partners sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly and all the others had chicken burgers, amazing portions and almost clean plates all round! Partner had cheesecake for pud, I couldnt manage my own but tried his and it was also delicious! The staff were all amazing, so attentive and friendly, lovely relaxed atmosphere whilst still following covid measures! Parking was a bit tricky but I think it was extra busy because of the eat out to help out scheme...! These guys are smashing it and we already cant wait to come eat here again!!
