    Apartado del centro

    El hotel esta retirado del centro, a unos 15 min caminando. Las instalaciones estan genial, con una piscina exterior que va muy bien para refrescarse después de estar todo el dia visitando la ciudad. La habitacion es amplia, con terraza y con buenas vistas, estabamos alojados en el piso 24 (23A). El baño es enorme, con todas las paredes de cristal. Es una opcion correcta para descansar, nada ruidoso. Las plantas inferiores son un centro comercial algo cutre.

    The Most HORRIBLE hotel EVER!

    It was a bad experience for our first time here and we will never visit to this hotel again anymore. We checked in during weekdays, surprisingly very crowded. not enough staff in the counter We have to que until 5pm for our turn to check in. Already tired and we want to settle down with our room, but here is the another nightmare. we have to wait 1.5 hours for the lift because 1 lift was down and the rest were stuck at the higher levels. This is totally not acceptable . We have to wait sooo long each time when go in and out. We gave up few times and used the staircase from 18th floor!!! The hotel should take this matter very seriously! the staff doesnt even bother to at least try to solve the issue . i just wondering what happened to the management over there..? sleeping in the office? House Keeping: They're short of staff obviously, no one clean our room on our 2nd day. I tried calling repeatedly to ask for new towel but nobody pick up the phone Only the pool looks great but it was so crowded. This hotel spoil our holiday mood as we stay here for 3 days.I would give this hotel negative stars! Sooooo disappointed . To people coming with families especially baby/toddles/senior citizen, get another hotel. This experience is an ultimate turn off.

    1 Star Service in 4 Star rating Hotel ! Never Stay Here !

    An unpleasant stay in The shore hotel. Before i check-in to the hotel, I call the hotel to confirm the booking because i will b checking in late and it rings for so many times, finally, a staff name (Fikri) picks up my call, and when I say Hello he hang up my call. I call again and ask why you hang up my call and he says he didn't hear my voice, A professional guest service agent shouldn't hang up the call until the guest hangs up. When I arrive at the hotel around 8;15 PM the guest service agent who pick up my call (Fikri) assist me with the check in process. He mention that due to RMCO and the room attendant will not make my bed but will change and refill the amenities upon request. i stay in other hotel during RMCO but i do not have the same issue here. Other than that, I'm staying for 4 nights and he only gave us 1 room key card, and mention there are 23 more rooms havent check in yet. i asked him so you only have 23 more room key card left ? and he answer YES ! Well i don't believe a 4 star rating hotel have that less amount of key card left obviously he is Lieing. After that the Supervisor came in ( Mr Toh) and i bring up this issue to him and he ask Fikri to give an additional key to me. I hope the hotel can send Fikri for related training. The location of the hotel is above the shopping mall but the shopping mall is quiet and not many shops are open, it is convenient to buy amenities or snacks but shopping is not a strategic location. The Facility is sharing together with Swiss garden hotel and the residence. A lot of people are using the facility especially the swimming pool are full of people everyday. On Thursday night 24/9/2020 there are a huge amount of people queing up to check in at the lobby and the hotel hire Rela to block 2 of their elevator for them. There are in total 4 elevator in the hotel and 1 of it are out of order, 2 of the that a re block by them and left 1 can be used. i waited for 30 minutes for the lift and finally there's is 1 open and is the block lift so i enter the lift and the Rela asked me are we going up and we say Yes, initially we are going down. Then when we reach the top floor and i said I'm going down, the Rela scold us and say i thought u say going up? and i scold back if i don't say that i need to wait how long for the lift , because u block it, and he just keep quite. Overall my experience here is really bad, and i wont stay here anymore

    Lovely place

    Stayed here on weekdays as I'm avoiding weekend crowd. No problem with the lift. Everything is smooth. The room is super nice, clean & cozy. They provide bath towels, toothbrush, soap bar, shampoo & shower gel only. Free indoor parking. Nice view day & night. Everything in the room works perfectly. Will definitely come again but only on weekdays

    Too bad

    Horrible service. Arrived at 5pm and the room wasn't even ready till 6pm. Told us to either wait or to leave. Had no option but waiting.. Room lights were not were not working properly. Hotel service was really poor... Reception was not hospitable at all... This is one of the worst hotel services I have ever received.
