  good hotel.....

  good hotel .... excellent location..... room with pool view excellent if you happen to stay on the top floors decent rooms ... courteous staff.... food a bit overpriced inhouse menu good spread of breakfast,,, overall a very decent stay

  Excellent

  Room very nice, good view, nice sunlight in the morning, good housekeeping staff, good restaurant with good food, specially the buffet dinner, reception staff very courteous, security staff also very courteous. Excellent hotel to stay with.

  Very pleasant business hotel

  Very good location (in central Kolkata) with many nice restaurants and shops within the walking distance. Extraordinary, helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms (if possible, take the lakeside one).

  Very good choice around Park Street area

  Stayed between 30th December 2019 to 1st Jan 2020. Had incorrectly booked a single room which was quickly upgraded at extra cost. The check in and check out was efficient and quick. The complimentary breakfast is really superb and has a wide variety for the entire family. Room service is impressive and fast. The rooms are very well maintained and given the location and time of our visit, the tariff was reasonable. There is absolute ease of connectivity and lots of options for eating out nearby so you can save the cost of lunch and dinner. Haldiram is just opposite but the better options are just adjacent where you can find outlets selling pretty good quality Chinese and mughlai food. There are bars nearby if you want to wet your throat. All in all, if you want to enjoy the perks of staying in a real hotel and not a bed and breakfast place, in and around the Park street area, this has to be amongst the top choices.

  Nice Business Hotel in good area

  Safe place with clean rooms and bathroom. Decent and Friendly Staff. I wish they did complimentary breakfast without any additional cost. I stayed here on 25th Dec 2020 and the stay was pleasant. I opted for a room which was not road facing and the sleep quality was good.
