  Reliable in a great location

  We enjoyed our stay with the accom being well equipped, clean and roomy. Located a 5 min walk to the beach is great as is the region. Disappointing that the restaurant and bar were closed during my stay. Good for families, could probably do better for couples

  Spacious apartment well appointed

  Family group of 4 adults one infant and one baby stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the lagoon. Surprisingly spacious with huge lounge dining area, enormous veranda 2 bathrooms etc. well appointed with a rollout bed at no extra cost. Staff were great! booked in direct and got a better rate than online so very pleased. Used the Novotel amenities for food and drink. The service there patchy from brilliant to a bit cool but it was Grand Final night!. A good time was had by all!

  Great location and rooms - but tired

  We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit at the Sebel for a 3 night break. The location was great - near the beach and Mudjimba. The unit was spacious, well laid out. and well equipped. Patio seating area was nice, though there was NO sun lounger. But there were some issues...... the room was only superficially clean. There was dust accumulation on picture frames, behind the TV, on light fixtures ... and the air conditioners were LOADED with dust - a health hazard! The corners of the kitchen worktops were dirty. The kitchen exhaust fan was sticky with grease. The chain driven shade in the bedroom was broken, and there was a hole in the shade. The place obviously needs TLC -- getting tired with age. With lower occupancy due to COVID - they should have time to clean and repair, And don't count on the Foxtel system - it is the old MyStar unit - only worked half the time - kept dropping out .... bring your own entertainment. Overall - overpriced. Would stay at the Novotel next door next time- more to do at half the price!

  Bit disappointing this time around!!!

  On a positive note, I achieved my diamond status so that was pretty cool. It was for my daughters' 18th & she had heaps of fun, so that was great for her. The house we stay in is always nice, but there were a couple of issues that were not tended to this time around. * You couldn't unlock the garage door from inside the garage as the lock was no longer working properly. Staff were advised & nothing was done about it. * I asked twice about the Foxtel that wasn't working. Somebody came around to look at it. They got it partially working & told me they would have to come back tomorrow to get it working properly. I didn't hear from anybody until we left. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE..... I heard from one of the owners' that the person who used to run the complex left a little while ago. This could be part of the reason, but the service was certainly not up to the standard of what we expect. I'm due back there in early March, I really hope they have their stuff together before then.

  Not too bad.

  Short family holiday. Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment booked via ABNB. Gives you access to the hotel amenities Apartments beginning to look a little dated. No real disappointments. Clean. Comfortable beds.
