  Great value

  The location is good with plenty of options to eat nearby. A wine/beer bar a few doors down and a bottle shop beside. The rooms are a good size, clean and with acceptable furniture. The bedding was particularly good. The entrance is not well signed but if you just look for the street number its easy. Parking is expensive for a suburban area ($25/night) but there are plenty of options to park on the street (2hr limit from 8am-5pm) Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the rooms don't have a clothes dryer. A washing machine yes but without the dryer its pretty useless and strange for a self contained apartment. I'd stay again considering the quality of the rooms and reasonable rates.

  A little bit of refinement of service is needed

  First time stay at this property. In Melbourne for business. The room had a business desk to accommodate a business traveler but no chair to sit at. Unfortunately a chair was not able to be provided because all rooms have the same problem. A little more detail to cleaning of the bathroom would be advantages as well. Travel regularly for business in Melbourne so will be using another ACCOR properties until more favourable accommodation for business is addressed.

  Quick Business Trip

  This hotel is in a very convenient location and very near the Skybus drop off from Melbourne Airport ($32 Fare). Such a great friendly welcome. THe rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Roomy too. Worth asking for at the back as the front rooms are a little noisy from the main road opposite. Very good Breakfast Cafe to the right of the hotel entrance. Supermarkets near as well for any bits. Local Train Station opposite.

  Excellent Location for exploring...

  This Sebel is ideally located and situated directly opposite the entrance to the Moorabbin Train Station...and no, we did not hear any train noise. You can catch a train into the City (CBD) to see all the wonderful sites of Melbourne, the shopping, the Yarra, the Docklands, the MCG, the Botanical Gardens, Birrarung Marr and so on. Or you can catch a train to Richmond to go designer shopping in Bridge Road. Or you can catch a train towards the Mornington Penisula, hopping off at any of the stations along the way to Frankston to see, swim or walk along any of the many beaches.The Sebel Hotel itself, is new, modern, clean, and desk staff there at check in/out. In the Apartment there is a big fridge, washing machine, iron, hair dryer etc. all in the rooms. We recieved a small bottle of wine, newspaper and macaroons on our arrival.Couldn't fault anything! Free street parking out front and around the back, but it's not unlimited so you have to check the signs. There is a large Safeway Supermarket around the block, lots of cafes next door and a few shops away, a bottle shop selling alcohol and lovely Indian restuarant nearby.

  Great Location

  My husband & I spent a week at the Sebel Moorabin. It's location makes it very accessible to Southland Chadstone & Brighton. Nice units with oven, hotplates and microwave. Great comfy bed! Will be back.
