  Surprisingly pleasant hotel.

  I stayed at this hotel just for 1 night on my way back to UK after working in Romania. Initially I had my concerns as the Taxi driver did not seem to know the hotel and when we did arrive the hotel was not visually what I expected to see having stayed in many hotels. The location is down a small road with the hotel having a small frontage, not what I was expecting from what I thought was an airport hotel. On arrival the staff were very courteous and pleasant speaking good English. I had a superior room on the top floor; the room was very spacious and clean with a large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the rear of the property and swimming pool area. No food was served in the evening but there are menus in the room for takeaway food, I ordered Pizza with no problems from a take away menu and wine and beer ordered from hotel and brought to my room. The hotel is not far from the airport. The hotel arranged a taxi for me and it was waiting for me at the appointed time so no worries in transferring to the airport. In conclusion, a very reasonably priced hotel that has very nice friendly staff, is very clean and comfortable. A good place to stay if you are not too bothered about the added luxury of a standard type airport hotel. This is a hotel that I would have no issues in staying at again. Another favourable point was that when I stayed I dont know how many people were staying but the hotel was very quiet so I had an exceptionally good nights sleep, none of the usual noise of people walking down the corridors late at night.

  Excellent value for money

  I love this hotel.The review before mine "Surprisingly pleasant hotel" sums it up very well. Everything is maintained to a high standard. I enjoyed the varied breakfast selection and was especially pleased to have a large mug of English tea. All I can add is that this is a small but luxurious hotel and as a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe here. I will definately stay here again if I need a stop over on the way to the airport.

  Pleasant Hotel, close to the Airport

  Nice, out of the way (North of the City Center, near the American Embassy) hotel. People were very friendly and accommodating. They even offered to do laundry for me a day before I was checking out, since I didn't know where to find a location to do my laundry nearby. Breakfast was local fare, every morning, very good, and plentiful. Room was very clean, balcony was enclosed in the room I stayed in, but the views were excellent. The only real oddity to me, was the hotel access was through an alleyway, and driving in and parking weren't the easiest to do. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel as a good place to stay if you don't want to stay in the city center, away from the congestion of downtown. (I actually stayed here in May of 2013, but it wouldn't let me choose an earlier date)

  Nice hotel in a beautiful city

  Three of us stayed a couple of nights while touring on motorcycles. The staff spoke good English and were friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and luxurious and I found no faults or problems. The breakfast was excellent, with good selection. I would recommend staying here.

  Fantastic

  This is a great hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We arrived on motorbikes and they were put in secure off road parking. The rooms are something else clean and spacious with good facilities. Reception booked us a taxi into Bucharest at a cost of 30l.
