    Such a lovely hotel to stay the area is lovely and peaceful too everyone is very friendly cant wait to come back after lockdown and enjoy a nice meal in there beautiful restaurant will definitely be staying again

    Very comfortable and good quality food

    The pub/ hotel is in a beautiful building, centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable with an enormous bed! Food was of a high standard and the set Christmas menu was splendid - and great value. Staff were all lovely. The place was very well set up with covered outdoor eating areas and convenient parking.

    Dinner & accommodation

    Had festive set menu and the food was amazing! Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely, friendly atmosphere. Also stayed over and was very impressed. Extremely good value, but definitely the great customer service always comes on top! I would highly recommend and certainly will be booking again. Thanks to all the staff. Well done!

    Be careful

    I will never come to your restaurant again. I get the fact that you have people abusing your car park. But for god sake let your customers know that we need a ticket to do so! Put a simple note on each table! If McDonalds can do it I am sure you can I was a customer on the 17th September 2020. You were quite and therefore could easily have taken the time to ask if I had displayed a ticket. I am now fighting a battle with the Civil Enforcement company who have so far rejected to accept my bank statement as proof that I was a customer the day the ticket was issued. Both however dated 17th September 2030 The waitress was so dozy she couldnt even get our drinks order correct. For god sake train your staff properly.

    Wedding Breakfast

    On Christmas Eve 2020 The Saracens Head Hotel hosted my wedding breakfast. From the initial booking to numbers changing due to areas going into tier 4 we managed the most wonderful day. The food was first class, not one guest could fault anything. As for the service... we were looked after like royalty, every need was catered for. They truly made us feel special in every way and they made it a day to remember. I cannot wait for the lockdown to end so I can go back in and thank them all again in person. THANK YOU.
