  It ain't summer unless Sanchaya!!!

  I have to start this review asking the wonderful staff at Sanchaya to forgive me for this late review. It was a very emotional time for me there last time as my father had just died and I couldn't go home to Europe sooner, so I stayed for the duration I had booked, last August. The Sanchaya is now a part of my staple for Asia travel and I feel I haven't really been traveling right unless I end my trip there. I've now sampled many rooms and seen a lot of the resort and this time I was invited to see the Vanda Villa. What a surprise and pleasure. A real private villa inside the property where everything is curated, every little detail is thought of and the staff can't do enough for you. It's absolutely something to book for yourself or for that special occasion and make sure you won't be bothered with any of the other guests. (A boutique hotel lover's dream.) Magnus is one of the best resort managers I've ever come across. (I do travel some.) He's personal, yet professional, very friendly and it shows that staff are so happy there. I can't fault this resort, it comes down to the other guests and their behavior but the resort is as always beautiful, immaculate, offers the best service and food keeps getting better. Everything is so comfortable and beautiful, I kind of feel like cancelling my life in Europe and just move in, especially now during this Covid-19 ordeal, Sanchaya feels like it would be a safe haven. I'll be back as soon as I can and am very much looking forward to my next stay whenever that may be.

  Fabulous Resort

  I stay for 2 nights at luxury 5 star resort during the newyear holiday. Type of room We stay in sanchaya suit was beautiful , clean & awesome The staff are friendly and helpfull  Great lobby and great brarkfast buffet Great Resturants   Aweosme outdoors garden & swimming pool Ms. Nawa she is very helpfull staff in the reception If i plan to visit again to bintan island differently Will book same resort.

  " Beautiful Stay at the Sanchaya

  The Sanchaya stands out when it comes to service. The staff are very well trained, offering a personalised and luxurious stay, ensuring you have everything you need every step of the way. From bug spray, to sunscreen, to sparkling water at the pool, to the aesop amenities, these guys get the details right. The only thing we didn't love was the dinner menu and the food for dinner, but breakfast and lunch were superb! The bed and rooms were lovely, cleanliness of the rooms were neat and clean make us feel comfortable staying at hotel The Sanchaya.as well, as were the hotel grounds. Bear in mind, they do have some construction right now, but the noise level was barely noticeable! Thanks for the lovely hospitality, Sanchaya!

  Ideal Place for special events

  We celebrated my hubby's milestone birthday with a surprise! From the booking to the event to our departure it was extraordinary and we just loved the thoughtful planning and the attention we had received during our stay. The effort to decorate the outdoor area with heavy winds was huge and we were glad that all were completed before the birthday boy arrived. Staffs English level is quite high and they greet you with your name, I am sure they have a memory training ;-). Food was excellent and we celebrated with a private dinner in front of our pool the first night and had seafood in another resort the second night. The kids were particularly enjoying their freedom in a separate villa on their own just next to ours. The great experience started and ended with the private channel, the staff will take care of the immigration on your behalf while you are enjoying a welcome drink in a VIP lounge. It's a MUST when you go to Bintan.

  Perfect service

  I am coming often to this restaurant because I really enjoy with the service and the food, all of them so kind and polite... Special thanks to Ms Asrie that as always make my experience nice and excellent.
