The samui beach resort
We stayed on the 3rd floor room C303 What a view from the balcony too the big warm pool and the ocean. Nice long beach walks then a swim in the sea and pool the food was good but stayed the same 90% of the time.English is a bit of a problem at reception

Friendly Hotel
We travelled as 2 couples and both enjoyed our stay at samui beach resort. Pool is amazing and runs full length of the hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy and had a lovely pool view , we stayed in second floor apartment in rooms 202/ 203. Air conditioning and safety deposit boxes were supplied free of charge, our only minor complaint would be our rooms were a little on the small side as were the balcony's. There are no sun loungers around the pool, only the rooms at ground level have loungers facing the pool. There are numerous types of rooms and some have a small plunge pool facing the beach. Breakfast was adequate with the basic cereal and toast available, also omelette most mornings. If Thai food is your thing there is usually a pad thai or green curry as an option. Location of hotel was ideal for us at the quite end of chewang beach. The busy nightlife is a 20 minute walk from hotel of take a left turn and there is a selection of bars and restaurants close by. All in all this is a lovely hotel in a great location and Chai and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. At the moment there is a new hotel being constructed next door, during our stay there was a little noise but nothing to effect our stay, however as the construction gets underway the noise levels for the next few months may become an issue.

Worst hotel on the planet. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST.
Just checked in here , road construction is right out front. They are building a new hotel 4 feet from here. There is construction debris in the pool here. I asked for a new room( there is only 10 people staying here and I know this because I met 4 of them at the front desk pissed off trying to get there money back too). I asked for a quieter room and they tried to charge me another 5000 bhat per night , so I asked for a refund and they legit just laughed in my face. I then went to get a second room key and that took 45 min waiting and asking non stop for it. Finally they gave me one. I am booked in here for 3 nights and will be leaving tomorrow with my friend. They charge a premium rate to stay here and its not worth a sack of potatoes to stay here. They cared nothing about peoples experience only trying to get your money and more and more and more of it. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.

Excellent!!
Stayed in this great hotel for two weeks Sept 2019 after a very satisfactory stay on Aug 2018. The hotel lets you enjoy both the ocean on one side and the very heart of the city (Chaweng area) on the other hand. the rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is extremely nice and very helpful and eager to assist in any matter including touring the island, renting motorbikes or car etc . The overall feeling is as a guest you are very welcome almost like family.. It is definitely my choice for the next holiday in Thailand Ms Maneerat the manager is extremely professional and honest, write her an email and you can be sure to get a well detailed respond. You can't go wrong choosing this fine well situated hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
This is without a doubt the worst experience in my life. We paid for transfers from the dock but were dropped off 100 meters from the hotel as there was construction work going everywhere down the road. We then had to negotiate through the dangerous construction to reach the hotel down a dark alley (see attached images). The hotel staff were okay (limited English). Walked into our room hoping to relax but there was no possibility of it due to the construction work. The room was very small (difficult to walk around the bed) and ants everywhere. After raising concerns with staff we were told we had to pay 5000 baht to move to the other side of the hotel where no construction was taking place bearing in mind there was only 8 people (4 couples) in the hotel. Staff then refused a refund. The manager (Maneerat) then claimed it was because booking.com would not allow for refunds. After spending 2 hours at reception, booking.com confirmed the hotel are able to provide a refund showing Maneerat was lying. She then continued to refuse to provide a refund making various lies up about booking.com and Agoda. Maneerat is without a doubt the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful individual I have ever encountered. Staff continued to make our stay uncomfortable (and in fact made us feel unsafe). The hotel is located around 45 mins walk to the centre and main part of Chaweng but no taxi was able to access near the hotel and its a death trip trying to enter the hotel. Other cons include very few dirty sun beds, messy corridors, very poor and expensive food. Air con didnt work and staff refused a second key to access the room. You will notice the positive reviews are fake (only 1 review from their profiles) so I guess this is Maneerats attempt to recover their reputation. I would not stay here again even if it was free. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Theres plenty of nicer and cleaner hotels nearer Ark Bar (Chaweng centre).
