  Disappointing food and location but the staff were friendly.

  Just want to let others know this resort is extremely far away from EVERYTHING so if you want to leave the resort for dining, to jet ski, shop or just walk around, it is gonna be a headache. The Superior room was quiet and away from other guests, which was great, but the air conditioning didn't work well and the shower drain was clogged, plus there was no warm water. The bed was actually comfortable and the front porch was nice. The grounds were filled with birds, fish, and lizards which was relaxing to see. There are two restaurants, separated only by glass windows. One is Buffet Style and one is a la carte. The buffet was terrible and the a la carte not much better. There are no other dining options as the town is over 30 minutes away by taxi and no dining options within walking distance. The swimming pool is nice and heated and the beachfront is enjoyable and clean but you have to go elsewhere to get jet skis. The resort has rated itself as 4 stars but it is very far from 4-star quality. I would, at most, rate it 2.5 stars based on the horrendous restaurant options and the lacking amenities. Better to stay at a nicer resort closer to the town.

  Quite nice but wont be back.

  Me and my sister had 2 nights here, we booked sea view room but the first night they put us in a room on the second floor which is blocked by coconut trees, and of course you cant see anything from the sea, the bathroom in this room is not so good, the tap water of the bathtub need to be fixed, what I like from this place is the breakfast buffet, its far from the city but very near the red sand dunes, if you need a place to relax and quiet, you better choose somewhere else, the resort itself is like a home of Russian, they have all kind of facilities and loud music on.

  Visited the restaurant only

  The restaurant had an dirty and messy impression. Very few of the tables were cleaned, we were able to find one table which seemed OK. The pizza was okey, boring food and was tasteless. I ordered the club sandwich and it was really bad. The fries were overcooked, and it seemed like they were cooked in old oil. The sandwich was cold and tasted bad. I could not chew over the bacon at all. The only positive thing was that I didnt have to pay for the club sandwich.

  Nice location but terrible service

  I held my wedding at this resort and experienced a terrible service from the management board. While my friends and the whole setup team were trying with lot of decoration and preparation, the resort offered nothing except making difficulties during our work. They wanted to maximize the charge by different ways and keep calling the groom and bride during our busy time with ridiculous requests. The manager herself did not even go down to see the fact, stayed in her room and kept complaining unreasonably. More than 2 weeks after my wedding, the resort still has not paid me the refund of my deposit (more than USD$2000). Lot of my friends said they were discriminated by the resort and feedbacked that the resort only serve well the Russian during their stay for the wedding. The wedding was still successful thanks to my friends' efforts regardless to the barriers by the resort. Highly do not recommend you to spend your money at this resort! #money_digger #discrimination #poor_management_board

  The bathrooms need a good clean

  The garden and pool area were very pleasant and the beds comfortable. However, the shower was very dirty (see pictures attached) and the water was lukewarm. The breakfast was adequate overall, but all the coffee options contained sugar.
