  Bonito pero necesita mejorar

  Las vistas de la habitación muy buenas la verdad, pero: Ventilador y radiadores bastante sucios, eran una fábrica de gérmenes. La ventana no se cerraba bien y entrada muchísimo aire frío (era un día de lluvia). La cama normal pero las almohadas no muy cómodas. Desayuno se paga extra, el continental por 9.5£ está bastante bien. Aunque en la web pone que sí, en realidad no tienen parking, es en la calle, no es seguro y con cargo extra . El wi-fi, al menos en la tercera planta llegaba justo, muy lento, no se podía navegar.

  Family funeral

  Although in Ramsgate for funeral (Best man had a really good life) my son and I were looking for a couple of days together away from caring for his sister and my daughter. We had a really long journey to get to Ramsgate as part of motorway was blocked off. Hotel was quirky and comfortable and clean however On arrival our greeting was good and we were given our keys to discover my son was in one building and I was in main building. Ill let my son talk about his horrendous single room. My room was ok but bathroom titchy But I didnt want to be in different hotel from my son and as hotel was very empty I asked to be with my son. I was a bit angst. The manager had to phone owner and after a telephone conversation yes I could have a room but it was extra 27.50. Bear in mind hotel was empty. Slightly bigger bathroom but adequate but scaffolding outside so couldnt open curtains albeit to look in to backyard. Constantly dark and depressing Tv had no signal. Fortunately Im a reader No biscuit for tea. Dismal room. We couldnt join up other than going to lounge. It was not cheap. Would we stay there again. Probably not. I know its not best of times but for hotel future I would be giving all guests the best. Just as an add on Ive twice emailed about leaving charger. One response saying Ill ask cleaner. Ive offered to send stamped addressed envelope but nothing as yet. Loved Ramsgate. Ate in two amazing restaurants.

  Had a really great stay

  Just stayed a couple of nights in room 4 overlooking the pretty harbour at Ramsgate. The hotel is really well situated for a short walk into town, harbour and beach. The view from our room was great during the day and evening. The hotel has a number of small lounges and a courtyard but our room had a sofa and balcony so didn't need to sit in the communal areas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We paid for a car space which saved any concerns about where to park. Felt covid safe with their added precautions. Highly recommended. One last point ... The seagulls are so much quieter in Ramsgate!!

  Lovely one night stay

  I had a really nice stay, receiving very personal welcome. My room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, was glad of single occupancy though as the room was a double but had there been two of us would have struggled for space, the room so small. Hotel nicely positioned on the upper parade with easy short walk to numerous bars and restaurants. They dont serve breakfast here.

  If tin roofs & walls is your idea of garden view youll be fine

  Disappointing. Room decor / upkeep fine, staff minimally helpful, seemed slightly out of their depth. Agree with other reviewers who have questioned whether hotel or guest house. Room with garden view - we couldnt find the garden....look at the photo, if you can look past the scaffolding & see a garden youre doing better that us!
