  Best experience with great hospitality

  I had visited Club mahindra Gangtok to celebrate my son's first birthday, and guess what, it was the best experience which we had. One of the best service and hospitality and celebration beyond our expectations. All the credit goes to the Chef Mr. RAJENDRA JI and The manager Mr Subrata for their constant support and hard work.

  Awesome experience at our Gangtok trip

  Awesome experience with Chef Rajendra and Subroto for ther over wellming hospitalty and amazing food. Special preparation for Jain food on the last moment was mouth watering. And yes not to forget Deepa in the Activity Area for keeping us busy all the time .

  Hospitality Unmatched

  So far this has been the best resort in terms of hospitality. The location is such that every morning you wake to see the snow capped Kanchenjunga mountains. Extremely clean and very courteous people. The Resort Manager is very friendly and he and his team always there to assist you whether it's sight seeing or local history. I am looking forward staying with them again in this heritage property.

  Housekeeping club mahindra gangtok

  Had a very pleasant 4 day stay at CM Gangtok. I was travelling with my 70 year old mom and we were well taken care off by all the staff members . Special thanks to Ms Deepa who is in charge of activities, Mr Subroto for the homely meals and housekeeping team who are doing a fabulous job of keeping the resort properly sanitised as per Covid norms. Will definitely recommend stay at this CM resort

  Lovely resort with amazing food and courteous staff

  I had visited in Feb Last with family. Stayed there for three nights before moving to 7 nights stay in Club Mahindra Baiguney. For the entire stay climate dejected us. All three days were foggy and there were showers, so couldn't see any peaks, and Nathu la as well. Could go till Chhangu Lake and Baba Mandir, but could enjoy the beauty as it was very foggy and it dizzled The best part of our stay in the resort was the food, the spread and the Chef - Mr Rajender S Rawat and the other Chef (sorry can't recall his good name) and the entire Restaurant Staff. Chefs would do their best to prepare food you would wish and the restaurant staff would do their best to keep you comfortable and satisfied. The food was tasty, properly cooked and the spread was awesome, best part all fresh (no frozen food) items were used. The whole resort staff was courteous. The Travel Desk led by Arun was good. He ensured best drivers and best vehicles for our comfort right from pickup from Bagdogra Airport to sight-seeing to drop till Baiguney resort. Only one advise to him was to not send/ deploy those drivers who are not willing to go at risky places like Nathu la/Chhangu Lake/ Baba Mandir, as our driver was not happy to go there as he didn't wanted to go there. Let me point out that the attitude of my driver was not bad and overall drive was safe, but his dissatisfaction was visible a bit in his driving. The cab and the windshield was also not properly cleaned, as compared to the other cabs during our visit. However, Arun rectified that and ensured we had best cabs and drivers henceforth. Resort is placed at nice location, Room was good, built in Sikkim Style and stay was comfortable, except for two things - 1) Though there was electric mattress, the room (any rooms, as advised by resort staff) did not had room Room-Heaters/Oil-filled Radiator. In shivering cold, it becomes very difficult to stay in room, specially if you have kids. While the electric mattress would be cozy, but you need a warm room to stay in temperatures in range of 2-9 degree celcius, as you won't always be sleeping while in room. 2) The movement sensor enabled bathrooms had exhaust fans attached to this system and there was no way to switch off the exhaust when not needed. I am sure no one needs exhaust sucking in cold air in the shivering cold bathroom while taking bath and while brusing. Was surprised when hotel staff told no one had complained for this thing. We had to ask the electrician at night to temporarily disconnect the exhaust fan from auto system as it remains on till you are in bathroom, whether you need it or not, even while bathing...!!!!. Asked him to put a hanging switch to switch off when not needed, however that was also not fixed either.
