  The best hotel I've ever stayed in whilst being in Blackpool, room was spotless,the staff and entertainment where absolutely incredible, massive shout out to Phil the manager for all his help with the baby, hes a blessing!! Can not wait to come back

  Fantastic

  Had a brilliant stay at this hotel from the 21st of September. The hotel is clean rooms spacious and the food superb. Special mention to all the staff from the cleaners the restaurant staff the bar staff and the management they all go out their way to make your stay fantastic. The entertainment they provide is top notch. During our stay Blackpool went into further lockdown on the Thursday and again the staff were superb dealing with the pressure of table service and kept their guests happy. A special mention to debbie double b and Phil with one l. Thank you for my champagne breakfast on the friday it was much appreciated we will be back

  HAd a fantastic time, staff friendly & rooms clean food good Evening entertainment is good if you dont fancy going out. I would recommend this hotel in Blackpool it would please everyone will definitely come back

  Never again

  Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions along with all Royal hotels all without fault stayed at the Boston for 5 days at the end of September on club 66 never again the hotel is dirty do not obey COVID-19 restrictions leave open food out in the kitchen for long periods of time more importantly drinks an meal service was hap hazard servers were going about like headless chickens drink servers totally ignored or requests for drinks as these had been paid in advance at time waits of 20 minutes for service were not unusual when we spoke to The manager to complain we were accused of being at it because we had doubled up our drinks order to two drinks person as stated in the information sheet provide on check in he was rude arrogant unable to read his own information sheets At home when we complained to Customer services we were openly called liars every word we said was wrong we paid £65 pound for the two us for club 66 and made to feel like beggars trying to get free drink bar glossed at 9.30pm instead of the 11 pm as stated room service had to phone when no phone in the room tried one night twenty minutes without answer Blackpool promotion where people return never again mr customer services dont bother to reply not interested in any thing you may say wonder if this post will make it onto the review and how long it will stay one one dot as will not accept with none

  Nice little hotel

  I thought this hotel was of good quality, everything was clean although slightly basic. The staff were really friendly and informative of the area. The location was great but I marked down as I didnt find the bed very comfortable. I would stay here again.
