  Just top knotch !!!

  Nyysa Its such a perfect ambassador for this hotel. She looked after me so well and was so efficient I thought why cant all hotels be as good as this... I recently stayed in a Marriot which was dreadful and then I find myself in this beautiful hotel in Reading and unexpectedly the room is stunning the service is impeccable and I had even an excellent room service burger which was top drawer. The bed is comfortable the TV is smart as is the parking behind nothing to complain about and the bathrooms are perfect

  Totally Recommend.

  For a weekend away I could not recommend a better place. RECEPTION: Before we even got there the reception staff were helpful, I made a mistake with my original booking and they did all they could to help me, especially Nyssa. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Nyssa, she made us feel welcomed. Throughout our weekend stay she continued to be friendly and professional. ROOM: The suite was just lovely, we were so impressed when we walked in, we loved the fireplace. RESTAURANT: The restaurant is open to the public whether people are staying at the hotel or not, after eating there I can see why, the food and service was amazing, there was a smaller selection than normal due to COVID however I found that there was still a lovely choices covering vegetarian and gluten free, definitely 5*. BAR: The bar was closed due to COVID rules. SPA: We went to the spa twice and both times we were treated like VIPs, the massages were wonderful and the therapists were very friendly. HOUSEKEEPING: Our room was clean and tiny throughout our stay. The location was perfect, we were 5 mins from the station and 5 mins from the main shopping center. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we would definitely go back there.

  Amazing Decor, Freindly Staff and Great Location

   Very warm and friendly welcome from front desk made us feel at home. The location and room, especially the bath. Will have to look at your Luxury suite at some point! See you soon. Disliked · Sadly we couldnt fully experience all the facilities because of Covid 19 but what we saw was exceptional and unique. We will be back when fully open to enjoy it all

  Enjoy the beauty of old England style hotel

  I love the decoration very much. The food and service are excellent. It would be more perfect if the room temperature could be lower. A little hot inside the room. After all, highly recommended for people visiting Reading!

  Exclusive and excellent service with Nyssa :)

  I have stayed in the roseate reading frequently and each time she has been such great help in regards too everything. I must say I am extremely impressed with Nyssa service and dedication towards her job. Most definitely will be booking again with such good staff! Jazz
