  Convenient for Business Travelers

  The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou hotel has a business center and meeting rooms. The staffs can speak Chinese, Russian, Korean and English. It also offers an airport shuttle for guests (highly recommended for business travelers). I tried the rooftop bar after work and enjoyed it.

  Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou

  The Ritz is located nearer the Meilan International Airport as compared with the other hotels in Haikou City. It is located right next to the Outlet Malls. Facility is well maintained and the service crew is well trained and very friendly. The rooms were lovely. Breakfast spread was very good and it is advisable to bundle your stay with a breakfast as there are not many good options available in the vicinity. Hotel also runs a shuttle connecting with the Mission Hills Resort Hotel, Golf Facilities & Movie Town. Hotel is also nearer attractions like Huo Shan Kou and Wen Bi Feng compared with the city Hotels.

  Wonderful 5 star experience!

  My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at this property during our trip to China in Mid December 2019 to celebrate my birthday. The staff was amazing in assisting us and upgrading us to a beautiful 1 bedroom suite overlooking the world class golf course with a huge balcony. I want to specifically thank the management team for making our stay a memorable one. I also want to thank the restaurant & lounge staff for making sure that what i was eating was safe due to my severe peanut allergy. The hotel was very clean & spacious. It has a pool that is shared with the other nearby Marriott property which is private for guests only. The hotel has a spa with also has a Jacuzzi in the mens & womens locker rooms The breakfast was a large buffet style with something for everyone. The location was right on the golf course with a nearby shopping mall just steps away that has multiple western stores & restaurants. The property is about a 20 minute taxi ride to the downtown area but is very inexpensive. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a affordable luxury hotel in Haikou and would happily stay there again hopefully in the not so distant future.   Really disappointed stay

  As a P-membership of Marriott,i am really disappointed for the one night stay of ritz haikou in Jan 19,2020. I arrived in the hotel around 22:30 with my family(my wife and 1 year old son) the check-in lady looks like just wake up and i am disturbing her,no any gereeting,no any smile,not mentioned any rights of P-member...even.not say good.night...well she just help me to check in...that's great! I have no idea how this nonsense is come from ritz,and how the good comments made base on kind of horrible experience,Not competing with the neighbor Renaissance at all,maybe she thought they are high category than Renaissance,maybe i am bad luck that day.never come back again!

  Visit the Haikou Ritz

  Im writing to again thank everyone at the Haikou Ritz for an amazing two stays there in July:one at the beginning of our trip to Hainan and one at the end. Skye and Chloe in the club lounge went beyond the regular call of duty to take care of us, particularly our three year old son, who still asks when we will see them again. Such wonderful attention to detail and for remembering what we really enjoy (bourbon and dinosaurs!) Sophie at breakfast, Sylvia at dinner, Luke who drove me, and Kevin, a training manager who also drove me, are all great ambassadors for the Ritz brand and their Haikou property. I also would like to thank Barbara for reaching out when we had a small problem with a room door, and to Lotus for whisking us in and making sure we were properly welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Mr. Edmond Hung, GM of the property, was very generous with his time and great to spend time talking to and getting to know. He and his team are doing great work, particularly at a time when the world and world travel are facing major a major upheaval with Covid-19. Thank you and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable. We cannot wait to return.
