  Aldo was the best!ll

  Aldo from Italy was the best RC employee. He was always joyful and accommodating. I watched him go up and beyond to help other guests at the beach. I hope the RC knows what a gem of an employee they have in Aldo. His positive energy is infections. One perplexing question. Why are real-life roosters waking guests at the crack of dawn every morning at the RC? Im sure we will laugh about it when we return home and get some actual sleep.

  Ritz Carlton Residences goes above and beyond !!

  We checked into our 3 bedroom residence for a one week spring break trip with a party of 8. The service from the concierge, bell service, housekeeping and other staff was SUPERB !! Karla Arzate Puente was exceptional. She is a guest services coordinator. She and her team helped with reservations at restaurants, excursions and any thing else needed. She was friendly and very patient at all times. A real gem of an employee. Her team at the front desk of the North Tower were all excellent. Ready to go above and beyond at all times. The Food at SEVEN and at the beach bar , Bar Jack - GREAT !! Can't wait to come again. Our family had the best time. Thank you.

  Incredible

  This review will double for the hotel since they are connected. The service here is TOP NOTCH. Everyone here is great. Everywhere we went, people asked your name; where you are from etc. The residences are almost perfect. The full kitchen allows you to have a few meals and drinks in house so you arent always spending so much money. The only thing missing is a grill. I would assume its an ordinance since the patios have plenty of space. Resort Fee - its a big number ($75 or $80) BUT........ It does include internet (which works) and most water sports. The stand up paddle boarding alone covers this fee. We would have 2-4 paddle boards out at a time which would easily cost $50-$100 apiece at most resorts. Plus they have sailboats, water bikes, snorkeling etc. Normally these fees are hard to justify but take advantage of what they offer. You can also book excursions and jets skis onsite. The prices for these are very reasonable. Seriously, we checked around (plus one leaves from the hotel/bay side - no cab or leaving an hour early to catch a boat). The beach and pool service is top notch. Complimentary sunscreen and water. Its a Ritz so if you are shocked by F&B prices, thats on you. The gym is incredible. Great staff every day. There are tons of classes to choose from. Cycling, yoga, Crossift etc. Theres a 3/4 sized basketball court and tennis. Basketball and pickleball included. Our kids are almost teenagers so we didnt visit the kids water park. But if you have kids 2-10, it looked amazing. Coffee service all over the place. Kids club - our 12 year old daughters ended up here for break each day. They loved it. Tons of games, a nice escape to be a kid. At the end of the day, you are coming here for the beach and the services. Both of these are 10 out of 10. The services is what youd expect. The beach is one of the tops in the world. There are plenty of markers where to swim. They have numerous floaties in the water to chill for a bit. The water is calm and safe. The snorkeling here is ok. If you go past the first rope (which is safe), you might see a few turtles and a small ray. Theres a big pipe near one of the markers. If you go to the end, youll see the resident lobster holding down the fort. You will see some fish and its a great place to get comfortable with the ocean. Overall, we could not have been happier. Book here with confidence. Yes, its expensive but its the Ritz Carlton!!! More importantly, you truly get what you pay for.

  Very pricey but also very nice

  The cost for our residence was quite expensive but the home was lovely and the concierge services were excellent, beach and pool area is lovely but a bit crowded at least over the holidays. The restaurant Blu is a world class experience and a must.

  In the greatest of hope

  Its another day in paradise. The sun is shining, and there is a gentle warm breeze. Mark Campbell, our guest services coordinator, has made our days here easy livin. He can help with any activity, groceries, transportation, restaurants, and more. He is the best. The residence, much more than a room, is grand., Furnishings are lovely and comfortable. Couldnt find anyplace else Id rather stay.
