  Very nice room - thoughtful service

  We stayed in this Guest House for a night during our trip. Initially we had a room in Abingdon Road but we stayed in a building nearer the city centre. The owner was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience giving also a solution for parking our car during the next day. The breakfast was nice enough, we had full english breakfast and was nice cooked. The best was the room, it was wide and very well decorated. The bed was big enough and we spent a very nice, calmed night. We will repeat!

  Comfortable and clean!

  Stayed here for four nights. Nice,clean and comfortable guesthouse with a friendly manager. I stayed in a small single room which served it's purpose nicely. It was quite small and situated towards the front of the guest house but had its own TV a wardrobe a sink and mirror and a nice soft mattress single bed. I walked around Oxford and slept very well at night. The shared shower and toilet was very clean and nearly always readily available as it is a small guest house. It is located a mile or so south of the city centre . The only small criticisms I would have would be that the breakfast is non inclusive of the overall price and that the traffic can be noisy earlyish. However,I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again if I was passing through Oxford.I will give it full stars,as comfort and cleanliness are key in my opinion.

  Nice but awkward

  This is a satellite guest house with awkward management who are based at another house nearby. You have to text them to come over and open up. Very comfortable bed, superb bathroom, quiet room. No hair dryer renovations needed for the bedroom which is small. It's half way between the Park & Ride and central Oxford. Good local services and restaurants.

  Very good value for money

  I had a very clean, calm, tastefully decorated ensuite room for a very reasonable price. Pretty convenient for central Oxford (about 25 min walk) and though the on-site parking was full there was plenty of free on-street parking just around the corner. Bathroom very pleasant with a good hot shower. Two minor quibbles: no tea-bags, and the TV remote didn't seem to work. Otherwise a great stay.

  A Good Stay,ease of access

  Found the shower room a bit small for a large man, but the overall experience was very good, ease of access from the A34, good parking onsite , Tesco extra 300 m away fish shop a few doors down,Local Inn come foody place with all sports channels great location, will stay again soon.
