  Absolutely delightful!!

  Caz and Mark are excellent, genial hosts - the accomodation is absolutely spotless; very relaxing and tasteful. This is our first time in a B+B and was a brilliant three-daughter Christmas present (including transport arrangements and bespoke 'itinerary'!). Far superior to 3 individual and usual presents......well worth rolling this idea out!! Every aspect was superb. Breakfast was excellent and the Richmond is ideally placed for exploring Shanklin, Sandown and Ventnor.....we walked to each and loved it. Local amenities are great and the Old Shanklin Pie at Vernons is not to be missed.

  The Richmond was a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay,the hosts were very polite and professional always willing to help exceptionally clean room had good facilities and breakfast was well presented will be going BACK without any doubt

  Warm welcome and clean accommodation

  Stayed only one night to attend Shanklin theatre. A warm welcome was received from Mark who showed us to a lovely clean room. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. It is perhaps a shame to tell how lovely this bed and breakfast was because more people may be attracted to stay but it could not be left without leaving a glowing review.

  Spot on. Great place to stay

  First time in this b&b, but certainly not the last! Mark and Cas were both lovely and very helpful, especially as we needed to bring our stay with them forward. Mark booked the ferry for us, the room was spotlessly clean and very spacious and the breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked to order. The Richmond is central for travelling around the area. We can highly recommend eating out at The Steamer Inn on the esplanade.

  Amazing hosts

  This was our second stay at the Richmond BnB and yet again it was a lovely stay in a good location to the beach and restaurants. The breakfasts were great, ready and within minutes of you sitting down. The rooms are clean and spacious. On this occasion we had some dramas with our car breaking down and Mark and Caz went out of their way to make sure this didn't ruin our stay and we could get home OK. They definitely went above and beyond what you would expect from BnB hosts!
