  Absolute luxury

  Could not fault anything about the Reverie Our suite choice included the executive lounge access..... this was perfect. Linh our lounge hostess was attentive and looked after our every need. She was pefect and made our stay more enjoyable. Thai was also most helping in helping with our dinner reservations going that extra little bit. A little oasis in a hectic hot and humid city. This hotel is pefect.

  Luxury and Perfection

  I was on a 10-day trip in Vietnam with my roommate and his mom. HCMC and The Reverie Saigon Residential Suites were our first stop. We stayed in the RS from 12/28/18 to 12/30/18 and paid for the stay with my Chase Ultimate Rewards points: 50,129 points for $751.94. My overall experience was nothing short of great. The Residential Suites will be my choice of lodging whenever I am back in HCMC. Note: I will be staying at Hotel Nikko on our boomerang visit to HCMC during the same trip only to minimize the distance to be traveled during what surely would be food coma from the seafood buffet. Location: The Residential Suites, as well as the hotel, was conveniently located in the Times Square area and next to several blocks of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Walk across the pedestrian walk and you would see familiar names such as Starbucks and Sharetea. Entrance: The entrance to the Residential Suites was not as easy to find as that to the hotel. We went to the hotel check-in area on the 7th floor before being redirected to the farthest set of elevators, took it down to the 1st floor of the RS portion, and completed our check-in there. Luggage Assistance: Fast upon arrival at the property and then fast upon arrival in the suite itself. The bellhop carefully handled all eight pieces of luggage and thoughtfully arranged them in an open area away from the dining table. Suite: Words would not do justice, so please see the accompanying images. As with the luggage assistance, it was the small things that differentiated a leader from the rest - laundry detergent, truly fresh fruits, and thorough housekeeping. Gym: Guests in the Residential Suites can use the mini gym located in the Resident Lounge on the 25th floor and the full gym located on the 6th floor. I used the 6th floor gym twice and was happy with the selection and age of the equipment. Staff: Impeccable service from the bellhops to the receptionists and from the housekeeper to the gym staff.

  Amazing place !

  I had the opportunity to visit the Reverie and attend a meeting there with the management team as I am studying hospitality management. The hotel is breathtaking, with beautiful views of the city and very friendly staff. The rooms are very well decorated. I felt very comfortable within this establishment. I recommend this hotel!

  Stunning atmosphere and service

  If you plan to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, this is where stay. It resembles a palace or museum... more than a hotel. Beauty abounds! Our eyes saw such beauty, the meals served were beyond delicious and the service was THE BEST! Outstanding staff served our every need and answered every question we had professionally. Our room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and clean. We were extremely impressed and will refer this hotel to everyone who visits Ho Chi Minh City.

  Incredible Stay

  Spent three nights at this hotel. Staff was SUPER! Ms. Tu at The Reverie Lounge was exceptional. Theres no doubt why they have won numerous awards. Cafe Cardinal has wonderful selection for their buffet breakfast. Location works out well, plenty of sights you can easily walk to and transportation easily arranged.
