  Spotless room!

  This place is definitely showing its age but the room was super clean and the bed was very comfy. Check in was easy, people were friendly and the view from the room was lovely. The air conditioner was loud but worked well. Very convenient to nice restaurants and all the touristy sites.

  Great stay

  Just checked out.. everything went very well.. the room was clean, the pools were spotless, the beds knocked me out.. Saturday night there was a band at fat pollys restaurant/bar, we didnt go because we were exhausted, but! We never heard any noise either! Food at Fat Pollys is fantastic!! Very nice crafted drinks! The Mojito was awesome.. this resort is very close to the strip and many other locations... see you soon!

  AMAZING!!!

  The customer service is amazing! Chris, the manger, will talk to you personally! The place is next to Fat Pollys, So you can grab a drink and watch a band or sit out on the big out door patio, without having to drive to the bars! The rooms are exceptionally clean! They take pride in their work! They are also dog friendly. Boat friendly, they have slips you can rent to store your boat! There is also a boat store and marina down the hill you can buy boating accessories. I came down for a friends weekend and we are blown away with this experience. I will be back! We stayed in the bunk house and its perfect for large groups of friends, family get always and any event! Ive traveled a lot. If youre looking for a place to stay. This is the place!   Awesome Conference Space!!!

  Connie did a fantastic job putting our conference room together for our quilt retreat! Service was 2nd to none, she always made sure everyone had what they needed and always went over and above. The lodging itself was dated; however, I appreciated the updates of laminate flooring as opposed to carpet. Floors needed to be mopped better. Had a little snag and when I went to front desk, it was promptly dealt with. Check in was very easy. Service was great all around, just 4 stars because the lodging is very dated and rooms were small.

  Not worth it

  A great location was about all The Lodge at Port Arrowhead had going for it. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was nice, but not super knowledgeable of room locations. The room wasnt very big, poor WiFi, every little noise from outside could be heard inside. My son wanted to take a bath, but was unable as the latch on the faucet wouldnt budge, so your only option was a shower. Rooms were clean, but not great. We were advised by the front desk to leave our towels outside of our door if we wanted fresh ones and someone would pick them up and bring us new or we could bring them to the front desk to swap them out. We left them outside, they were picked up, but not replaced. My husband went to the front desk to get new and the woman was very short with him, almost annoyed. Later that day, both of my keys quit working, so I went to the front desk, I had to wait while the woman working finished whatever it was she was doing on her cell phone before she came over. Once she was helping me, she was very friendly and helpful, the phone part was just off-putting. The indoor pool could use some work, pictures make it seem much nicer than it actually is. The hotel had WiFi, but the signal was so poor, you were better off using your data.
