  Spacious Room

  We arrived around 2am and took up a family room which had a double bed and a single bed at the price of RM198.00 nett inclusive of breakfast for 3 persons. The room is spacious and clean. The pillow and matress is comfortable. The basic need for a hotel room such as, coffee & tea making facilities, iron & ironing board, mini-bar, room service menu, etc are available. The view from our window was facing the back of shoplots which was unsightly. The bathroom is also clean. I can't complain about their breakfast coz all the must items for breakfast was available. I was informed, we were charged at RM25.00 for each person for breakfast buffet to be consumed at Warisan Sizzler which was inclusive of the room rate. Nonetheless, I think RM25 for that kind of spread was highly priced. All their staffs were friendly and helpful.

  Nice affordable room

  Went to stay for 1 night. Located in the middle of Taiping. Less than 15 minutes to the Zoo and Lake Garden. Room is clean and spacious. Water pressure is good. Not much to complaint for the price offered.

  Simple hotel for small stay

  Good location. The room is big but aged. The water heater switch in the room is loose and I used a tape to hold it tight. TV has only 5 local channels despite saying it has satellite TV. Breakfast is nothing fantastic. I decided to go out for the local breakfast.

  Poor service

  Checked in with my family and toddler, room was clean but aged. The connecting room door was not locked and we could just open the door to the next room which to our horror there was someone in the room. Called reception, told us just to close the door. At midnight when my husband and daughter was fast asleep, I heard people knocking on our door and talking. I was too frightened to open the door and hugged my daughter tight. Woke up in the morning saw a missed call from the hotel's number at midnight. Used the hotel's room telephone to asked why did they call but they denied and also denied that it was their hotel's number. I called using my mobile the same number as true enough, the reception answered and confirmed it's the hotel. Asked why did they call, receptionist mentioned she didn't know as she just came in for her shift. Overall not happy and will never come again.

  Good service

  This is the very first time the hotel having a big group of people staying here for a 4D3N meeting. They are not in situation at first but manage to cope with it eventually. When we request for something, they try their best to provide to us. The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious.
