  Sperm, Hair, Dirt, cockroaches and extremely rude attitude

  We booked last minute and paid $200! What treated us was not only sperm and dirt on the couch but a 70s dirty and very disgusting room with hair all over the bathroom as well as alive and dead cockroaches. Upon asking for another room the very rude receptionist told me that I could pay an extra $20 for a different room or stay in the one I had there would be no refunds. We hadnt even been in the room for 3 minutes. Do NOT book this motel that needs to be bulldozed under any circumstances.

  A complete Disaster

  We booked in advance and anticipated for a clean room. Upon arrival, not only did the key not work for the door but we were greeted by a dirty room with fraying carpet that smelt like rotten seafood. The beds were dirty and two cockroaches emerged from the bathrooms. Once ready to sleep, we wanted to watch some tv only to find out it did not even work! We then turned on the air conditioner s it was very hot, only to find out it did not work as well.

  Revolting place

  We stayed there at the last minute for two nights as our family accomodation was unavailable at short notice due to illness. This motel is old and dirty. The only clean things were the sheets but the bedspreads looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years. The big mirror was cracked and the carpet was black in places. They had the hide to charge $310 per night for a family of 4. When our family member recovered and we were able to stay with them for the second night the motel refused to refund for the second night. This place has reportedly been sold to the state government and will be used to accomodate employees working on the new bridge over the Clyde before being bulldozed. The sooner the better!

  Old and tired

  Stayed one night to do some shopping in the area. The room was clean but in need of some love. Bed was ok but wouldn't want to sleep on it for a week. TV was tiny, I could hardly see it and it's stand was broken and it wouldn't stand up straight. Fridge was in a cupboard with no ventilation and not cold enough to put milk in. Shampoo mini tube was mostly used and had obviously been used before. No clock in the room and the famous restaurant was not even open. Not the worst stay ever but will get there if nothing is done soon.

  Stuck in the 80s

  Stayed here on my first ever trip to Batesman Bay and it was bad. I do g normally write negative reviews but this place was seriously stuck in the 80s. AC was noisy, uncomfortable bed, no WiFi. Will be getting my work to not put me back here
