  un hotel MUY lindo!

  Es un hotel inmneso, muy lindo!con un desayuno increíble para todos los gustos! Lo único "malo" es que está alejado del centro. Así que hay que movilizarse en taxi. Cuenta con servicio gratuito de bus hasta los shoppings. Recomendable!

  Service based on hotel convenience and profitability.

  On entry. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are excellent and well maintained.The ambience and friendliness in most staff is very good but downhill there. 1. During the night. I tried to order food to my room. Called repeatedly but unable to reach. So called operator who transferred me to the same number which I could not connect in the first place. Finally walked down myself to order and found that almost 75% of their menu wasn't available. Anyway, the food was ok 2. In the morning, there are two breakfast venues. If we are on the club floors, really recommend it since the breakfast is high quality and good. But on the second day, we are forced to eat at the regular breakfast area where the food is cold,baked beans are like boiled in water. Coffee has only one option and I had an espresso the day before but today needed to pay for it. Finally the staff had the audacity to inform that we have been moved since they don't have enough guests and it's not profitable for them to have a better breakfast. Keep in mind, we are paying a premium to enjoy a better experience but are not receiving it.

  Two days business meetings

  I had a 2 days business meetings and the booking was in this hotel.. the hotel is relatively old it's near the old Duan Mung airport. The hotel is very large in space, it has many facilities like a football playground, swimming pools, herbal garden, meeting rooms, convention rooms and wedding rooms. The hotel room is not so big, the furniture is ok and the bed is comfy.. Breakfast was not so good. The normal Thai hotel breakfast.. but still you can eat .. the good about this hotel is that you can walk for a long time among the trees and the good weather. Out of 10 I can give 7 to this hotel.

  Wonderful stay

  I spent 5 days with my sister there and we really enjoyed the whole stay. Very friendly and pleasant staff, beautiful swimming pool and garden, variety of food selection. We tried all restaurants there and food was great. Most of all, always smiling and kind staff made out stay more enjoyable. Especially thanks to Ms Kittipong at front desk.

  Wifi connection is not free...

  Thailand is my second home! For nth time, I visited the country during the last quarter of 2019 to attend a very special event of my Alma mater. Being an official delegate for the said occasion, I got free accommodation for entire duration of the event. The main event was held at the hotel and all the delegates from other Asian countries were booked here. The hotel is one of the oldest hotels located at the outskirt of Bangkok but it is accessible to the old airport, Don Muang and could be considered as one of the best ones two decades ago! he organizer chose the hotel since it is more convenient to reach my Alma mater in Pathumthani, away from the heavy traffic of the metropolis. The hotel's entrance gate is along the main highway but the main lobby of the hotel is bit far, and still need for the vehicle or taxi to move about 200 meters to reach the building. The hotel has a spacious lobby and have sofas for guest and visitors to sit. It has a bar adjoining the lobby and the dining area where the breakfast is serve. As we all know, Thai food is excellent and there were a lot of good choices of food - main course to desserts, drinks to fruits. The hotel has several function rooms to cater a huge number of guests. Unfortunately, I missed its swimming pool! I was fortunate to occupy the big room (with two single beds) by myself. The room is spacious compare to other hotels that I have stayed in Asia which is very ideal for family affair. However, despite the availability of basic amenities of the room, it was a surprise for me to found out that the "wifi" connection is "not free", or rather was not included in the accommodation which is very unusual for a hotel. In other words, internet service is an added expense on top of the accommodation. Being a traveller or a tourist, communication is very essential and internet connection is the easiest and fastest way to keep connected and updated with friends, colleagues and families. I personally asked the front manager, and it was explained to me that the organizer did not include internet connection to our accommodation. What made me feel disappointed with the hotel management, was that the hourly rate for the wifi is very expensive as one time login only - which means that the time is clicking even you are not using the service. If I will be given another chance to visit Bangkok, choosing Rama Gardens will be my last option!
