    Great apartment

    My family and I stayed in the Pyjama factory for 3 nights in early January and had a really enjoyable time. The apartment was a 3-bedroom with 1 double and 2 twin rooms. As we were a family of 4, we had ample space for all. The refurbishment was done very well and the fit-out, for a holiday stay, was excellent. Its also worth mentioning the location - it is just steps from the main street in Bushmills, where restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and galleries can be found. Worth recommending!

    Perfect base

    We stayed in the 2 bed apartment, No51, for a short tour of the Giants Causeway. These are simple, clean, well appointed apartments in the centre of town. Everything was in excellent condition, very easy access and parking on the street. Highly recommended.

    Brilliant stay

    We booked the 3 bed house for a stay during filming. It was very spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, good wi fi and has a fresh modern interior. Super location close to all amenities and attractions with easy parking. Would definitely make a return visit,

    Terrible customer service

    Had to call 1 week in advance due to circumstances beyond our control due to corona virus. Spoke to Gary and he was extremely rude and said we would be charged the full amount. We attempted to send a cancel form through booking.com and he refused to accept. Our guess was that he was getting our £679 and not having the bother of having any guests. We had to do all the work and eventually found someone to replace us. His whole attitude and customer service was appalling. Would advise to avoid!!!!

    Awful to deal with

    We booked in February for April. Was cancelled but found Gary extremely difficult to deal with. He needs to brush up on his customer care. Would never book again. The North coast has loads of great places to stay with excellent customer service. The pyjama factory is not one of them
