Lovely apartment but a few major flawsThese apartments are a bit far from the main area but good if you are looking for something away from the madness. The apartment itself was fabulous. A three bedroom with a massive jacuzzi bath and two smaller ones too. Advertised with a plunge pool on the balcony. We were so disappointed when we arrived to an empty pool as we were only staying one night. There was a problem with the water flow and it took three hours to fill so by the time we got in we had one hour until it was dark and cold outside and as the pool water was also cold we had to get out. There was a restaurant which closed at 3 instead of 4 as advertised. There was a very small shop which was closed and they didnt know when it would reopen. There was a 7-11 which we could walk too but not the safest road as no footpaths. Getting to the room was also a mission we had to go through three different buildings, three elevators and one flight of stairs all with our massive suit cases. We had to wash all of our own dishes before leaving or be charged an extra cleaning fee. Not really the holiday experience. Definitely worth it if you are staying long enough to enjoy the views but for one night Id say give it a miss.

Just the hotel, not the beachesVery nice pool (rooftop) and large and comfortable bedroom. but the beaches close by are not nice at all. the beaches are far and you need to take cabs to move around. The city is not beautiful and it is a waste of time.

Not as advertised or worth the price :(Stayed here for several nights over Xmas. Saw the pics on booking.com of a lovely looking balcony spa bath with a great sea view and thought "yes, that's how i wanna spend my christmas!" so booked the one bedroom with sea view. It was pricier than i'd normally go for, but hey its xmas... On arrival was abit put off by the demand to leave either my passport or 3000bh as 'deposit' for any damages. The room was nice and a good size but this is where the problems started: 1) We were on the bottom floor of a 4 (or 5?!) story building. As a result (see pictures) the seaview is no sea view at all when u r sitting on a balcony chair, but instead a view of the building in front, almost entirely blocking out the sea! u want to see the sea? u need to stand! and even then much of the view is obstructed by the building. the spa bath advertised online was also not as advertised, more like a mini swimming pool (that took 1.5 hours to fill up with cold water and the spa/bubbles feature didnt work). I wasn't pleased - guy from reception who had carried my bag says "oh, the one bedroom rooms are all only on this floor. upstairs is all more than one bedroom". SO YOU NEED TO BOOK SEAVIEW WITH MORE THAN ONE BEDROOM IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A SEAVIEW?! Even now looking at the pictures on booking.com, NONE OF THEM represent the onebedroom seaview room that I stayed in. They are clearly taking pictures of other rooms and falsely advertising. 2) I understood the room was non-smoking, but they still felt the need to stick ugly tatty pieces of paper to the walls in order to remind you of this (again see pictures). As well as signs warning you you'll be fined for breaking anything. My personal favorite was the threat of fine if i broke the cutlery.....THERE WAS NO CUTLERY! not even a teaspoon to stir your coffee. 3) The room takes 3 lifts and some stairs to get to from main entrance. Or you can take a VERY steep road to the rear of hotel and take just one lift. Taxis would even charge us extra to take us via the hill! Not the hotels fault per say, but still worth noting. 4) It was Xmas eve night. I was getting ready and needed to iron a shirt. Does the room have one? well they don't have spoons so what do u think?! Called reception to ask for an iron and they said "oh the cleaners have finished for the day and the door is locked". Are you telling me the cleaners take the only key home?! toilet paper and towels are so sacred only the cleaners can access them?! I detected from the receptions responses that is was out of sheer laziness that they wouldn't help me. Luckily my friend was staying at a 1-star resort in nearby Patong and his reception was able to provide him with an iron... 5) On check-out day, a cleaner comes at 11:50 to "check the room". Not to clean. But to meticulously go through every drawer and cupboard to check for breakages. Before we had even left! 6) the water in the shower requires a physics degree to operate. and water constantly shifted from ice cold to scalding hot for no reason. 7) the swimming pool has broken / missing tiles. particularly around the edges. be careful. 8) Nitpicking here, but why does only one side of the bed have a bedside table?! and some plug sockets either didn't work / wouldn't hold the plug. While the room itself was decent and the pool was good with a nice view, I wouldn't have needed to use the pool for a seaview or swim if I'd gotten the room I'd paid good money for in the first place. Perhaps you'll be fine though if you book one of the 2+ bedrooms...

Best viewvery nice seaview from the pool. friendly staff . I saw information about motorbike above 250 cc. cannot ride or park. I think that's good bcuz no noise and loud. in phuket too many cars and bikes, just small motorbike or taxi was enough. too many cc. its no need to use.

3 bedroom apartmentBooked the three bedroom apartment. Huge rooms. Location was very very quiet. The view was amazing. Apartment quite clean. Definitely suitable for groups. Besides that the swimming pool need to be upgrade or do some work to it. It took us almost 6 hours to fill up the tub to 3/4 full. Tiles were old and dirty but still okay to use.
