  Nightmare

  Such a shame what has happened to this historic landmark!!! Our room had a large area of toxic black mold on the bathroom ceiling, nail clippings on the floor, the bedding was or had soiled stains, and was overall filthy with very poor lighting. The employees were lazy and rude (owner included). We requested new bedding and they handed it to us so that we could change the bed, they would not do it. We looked at another room but that was dirty as well. This was a terrible experience for my kids as well as the rest of our family. The manager told us the reason we had so much trouble was because it was usually a "business hotel" and not for families. He asked us to leave if we were going to complain every five minutes. We gladly left!!

  Holy filth

  Outdated and dirty. Sheets were clearly used with hair and debris. Door, switches and headboard we're all coated in black fingerprints/smear marks and sticky stuff running down surfaces. The fridge has dirt marks all over it. Blood booger on the wall and toenail clippings everywhere. They advertise for small continental breakfast and a fun looking bar all of which was closed or didn't exist. No room service. Bare minimum soap and shampoo given. Filth, filth, filth!!!! Dirtiest place ever. Even the gumball machine was broken. No ice and no vending machine. Can't believe this place is open and needs a visit from the state officials.

  Manager didnt know we had reservation, tried to charge us again. We went to room. It was dirty bed was filthy. Tried to get refund wouldnt give us refund. Was very rude and disrespectful. Dont stay here.

  Scary place

  At check in, I had to wake up the desk clerk (4:30pm). Smoking or non smoking makes NO difference as the whole place smells like an ashtray. No desk in room. Dead insects in corners of room. It has a lounge/bar that never opened. This place has the aura of a 'rent-by-the-hour' hotel. If you have the choice between staying here or sleeping in your car.....pick the car

  Horrible

  Extremely un accommodating! Tried to reserve rooms for workers. They were very nasty and un cooperative. So I said well we will go some place else. She said well fine go. So I made reservations for us all to go else where. Once I told them I was going they locked my guys out Of their rooms. Insisted we pay for a full week for five rooms. Had to call police to intervene. Absolute HORRIBLE experience!!
