  Comfy room and the most cheerful staff!

  My husband and I spent one night here after a late arriving flight into Osaka. The staff were so cheerful and pleasant, both upon our arrival and the next morning. They had a photo booth set up for Christmas which we loved, and they helped us take fun pics! Breakfast was better than many others on our trip, with udon, kaarage, pickled veg, sticky rice, and more. There was even a miso soup dispenser! Our room was compact but comfy with green tea, a view of the ferris wheel nearby, and Japanese washlet!

  Excellent Overall Hotel

  Very friendly staff. Excellent even if smaller Japanese tatami room with ofuro and all the Japanese basics. Wifi worked fine. All you need and clean, quiet, with comparably fair rates, especially when you can easily spend 50-80% more within 5 minutes away. Japanese, English, & Chinese speaking staff are friendly and helpful.

  not premium at all

  The rooms were not premium at all. Old rooms, poor breakfast. They dont even serve cornflakes. The only advantage is the Premium outlet mall opposite the hotel for a shopping buff like me. It has 210 international brands. Mostly European and American with plenty of restaurants. There are shuttle bus available for 200 yen to Kansai airport and Rinku town train station is also a 10 min walk only.

  Tolerable for a night

  Spent one night here. The room initially allotted ( maybe 325) was some makeshift room under/ near a staircase... The hotel rooms were booked well in advance by our tour agents so wonder why we got shabby rooms!!! The tour manager gave us his room and stayed in this one. The second room (420) was acceptable! Strangely we had to take a huge step up into the washroom.... not very comfortable for all seniors. Breakfast was ok... all in all not uncomfortable but not outstanding either.

  Good for One Night Stay

  We stayed three in the room. The room was quiet ,clean and large enough for the three of us. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from Kansai airport there is not a hotel shuttle to and from the airport. The room included breakfast and came with hair dryer, fridge, free wifi, TV with local channels and a pot to make hot water. The bathroom had updated fixtures but was not good for seniors with bad knees or people with a disability as one needed to do a high step up to get into the bathroom. It is near shopping outlets and places to eat. The bed and pillow was hard. The rental information stated that one could rent other pillows. There was not much that was offered for free but you could rent an alarm clock, a nail clipper can and/or bottle opener, charger, converter plugs, umbrella, icepack, babybed, blanket, sewing kit, scale, sissors a bycycle and more. The bycycle could be had for one hour for free. There was no safe in the room.
