  Malo, corriente, gerente grosero.

  La habitación no estaba limpia, el hotel esta lejos del pueblo, el desayuno malo y caro, le gerente grosero, hipócrita, ese hacen pensar que el desayuno esta incluido, pero te lo cobran es malo y caro, el gerente nos fue a tocar la puerta 15 minutos antes de la hora de salida,

  A great retreat.

  The manager and do everything guy by the name of Richard was absolutely great. He is a huge asset to the company. I suggested that he ask to be supplied with oximeters and thermometers for the staff to have at their disposal, just for their own satisfaction. No sign at all of any Covid distractions though, all under control.

  Resort and staff are at the Pinnacle of their game!

  Great location, friendly and helpful staff, makes for an enjoyable stay at the Pinnacle Lodge. Richard and his staff were fantastic! We were near the end of the golf and biking season (18 to 25 Sept.), so cooler fall temps were coming, but that did not stop us from enjoying golf and hiking, walks in the area. With COVID19 some resort facilities are shut down, like exercise room and hot tub - unfortunately. Breakfasts were very enjoyable, and the afternoon tea and snacks a real treat. Thanks!

  Wonderful stay

  Outstanding staff and clean, comfortable lodgings. Had a wonderful stay here. The lodge was quite and extremely well cared for. Part of the resort fee was breakfast and afternoon tea. Looked forward to everyone of them. Only 2 minor complaints: bed could be little more comfortable; coffee could definitely be stronger lol. Will be back!!

  Quiet time at Sun Peaks

  I really liked the amenities and the location. Close to the main Resort area, but in a quiet corner with nice view. The breakfast and the afternoon tea were excellent. I had a really good time at Sun Peaks!
