  First holiday to Turkey and most definitely not our last!

  Could fault the hotel or the staff it was more than we ever excepted and more considering it was our first time to Turkey and this experience has made all of us want to come back! All staff made us very welcome and most definitely not a holiday I will forget.

  The pine hills

  Been staying at the pine hills for the past 6/7 years and itll forever be my favourite place. Only recently got an apartment out here but the staff are all still very welcoming if you want to go around the pool/ restaurant area. Highly recommend

  Fantastic and faultless

  Just returned from a fabulous 7 days here! All the staff were wonderful and very helpful! We had a swim up room by the chill pool which was brilliant. The service at the chill pool by G was exceptional and cocktails were amazing. The hotel was spotless and regular temperature checks when using Reef Bar and going for breakfast. Nothing to complain about and thank you once again! See you next year xx

  I went to pinhill hotel 30.9.20 and had damp in room and no hot water for 2 days the hotel took 2 days to offer another room which also had damp they refused to provide another room so I left and flew back to uk The manager refused to talk to me and all Comunications via email have been ignored Loveholidays agents for me did nothing kept repeating there replies saying the hotel must change room and ignored all the pictures I emailed them of the damp rooms Pinehill lied said they offered 3 exchange rooms they did not I supplied all evidence to Loveholidays video recordings proving damp and lies by pinhill hotel Beware any one thinking about going

  In love with this place

  Like many people our original holiday was cancelled and so we rebooked for Pine Hills as this was the closest price match. What a decision that was! We had a standard room that was overlooking the mountain and was able to see the sun rising around 7.45am in the morning. Perfect to enjoy a cuppa and read a book. Downsides to our stay included lack of storage space for clothes in standard room, maintenance issue with the shower and had to request extra towels for leaking, lunch could have been faster but this is not enough to put anyone off the quality of this hotel. Staff are phenomenal, they would always be there for whatever you needed. A perfect balance of friendly and professional! Pool service was consistently good, I can honestly say that the atmosphere around the pool was the best we have ever experienced. If you're looking for a peaceful hotel then this will be a perfect choice. On an evening it is very easy to get lost in a romantic meal for two, again the calming atmosphere accompanied by the attentive staff leaves you feeling spoiled. Quality of food is homesome yet delicious, we were never disappointed. We were there for 2 weeks in total and only managed 3 evening meals at the hotel due to the amount of choice in the area. But would recommend at least one evening within your stay as you will be missing out if not. Not usually creatures of habit but we have rebooked for next year as our experience this time has been something to be missed. Thank you to Kadir, Baz, Ali, Apoo, Mehmet and the rest of the boys for delivering exceptional service. See you next year, lots of love xxx
