  Nice hotel, friendly staff, a bit out of the way, wifi didn't work in the rooms

  You can get pick up truck from town to near the hotel, then it's a 2.5km walk....but we were given a lift by some locals which was great fun. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the reception staff could speak great English. We had a deluxe twin room, which was really nice and spacious. There were a few ants, but other than that very clean. The restaurant isn't the cheapest, but it's not the most expensive I have seen in a hotel. The food was good and the service was great. The swimming pool was nice. They host functions, so at night there's karaoke which we could hear in our room.

  Lack of maintenance hotel...!!!

  We booked this hotel for our weekend trip out from Bangkok. The pictures of this place on the internet were nice. We stayed in a small bungalow with 2 bedrooms - living area - balcony and of course a Piano. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our accommodations. It's DIRTY. I couldn't believe my eyes how dirty and untidy it could be and i still cannot understand how the hotel staffs put us into such a bad condition's accommodation. I've never been stayed in such an untidy hotel like this. I found dirtiness everywhere : windows glasses, toilet, windows frame, balcony etc. The living room and the small kitchen area were together. We open the cupboard in the kitchen area and the bad smell came out - it destroyed the atmosphere of the whole living room. Carpet in the living area was very dirty. Breakfast was simple. Price and quality didn't match. Overall we were very very disappointed with the condition of our room. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

  Nice and Geast but can make you confuse!!?

  when go there outside the room just feel normally but when open the room you will feel excited, it same you in piano but you will feel confuse!! but if you want to know just try to rest in hotel, all is good quick service ! but don't forget can't find anything to eat at night if you don't have car .. hotel service close at 9PM

  The Piano - nice stay but..........

  The Piano was in a nice setting, with a lovely pool and good rooms. Everything we needed for a one night stay but remote. Great night's sleep, beds are comfy and it so really quiet with a nice mountain outlook. Staff were obliging but bored.You definitely need your own transport and it was a bit soul-less. Breakfast was, OK but for the price and the need of a vehicle many better options closer to town.

  Toilets not working but good WIFI

  For those looking for a rustic getaway and enjoy roughing it out a little, this resort is a decent, affordable choice. However, my family and I were not prepared for the problems we had with the shower and toilet - water runs hot and cold and made it really hard to have an enjoyable bath; the toilet does not flush well. The surroundings were not the most inspiring either, and the resort felt a little abandoned. Perhaps it was low season? Breakfast was a simple choice of western eggs and toast or Thai porridge. Otherwise, the rooms are kept very clean and the WIFI speed is decently fast.
