    Okay.

    Stayed here for the Colplay concert back in April. They have friendly staffs and spacious (although quite dated) rooms. This place is not really near the city, but it was fine with us since this place is closer to the concert venue. Grab & Uber were easy to access from this hotel. Worth the money.

    Function room

    Attended a birthday party of a friend at their function room. Service was standard. Location is not easily access without a car. No easy to get to with public transport except taxi. Saw some group tourists arrival.

    Refusal of refund for inadequate and poor customer service

    14-08-18 My first time back in Thailand after 8 years come with high expectations my mother book 3 rooms for 7 nights through the website traveloka. We made our decision based on the photos presented to us. However upon we were disgusted by the unpleasant odours from the lobby which were present throughout the hotel. The lifts decor was falling of the walls. The corridor was marked and scratched with paint peeling. As well as that the wall was filthy and disgusting covered in dirt. ( which we have photo evidence of). Furthermore all of the 3 rooms dirty and unhygienic and worryingly the toilets were not of any standard a paying customer should expect the shower heads were filthy and looked as thought havent be washed or changed in a very long time. As a result of the inadequacy and appalling nature of the conditions of the hotel with check out immediately and proceeded to another hotel 10 minutes away called Silver Palms which I highly recommended instead of here. If this is the condition to be expected of a 3.9 star rated hotel then this company should be ashamed and disgraced by what they are providing. Upon trying to get a refund all parties refused claiming the responsibility was up to their other which is ridiculous considering these are branded company dealing 100s hundreds if not 1000s of customer. The sum of the money they are refusing us totals 19,373.60B which is about £460. They were only willing to give back 500baht (about £8) in vouchers is laughable considering the the amount of money we have payed. The professionalism of the hotel company is appalling to say the least with the way they have handled our situation. Both the hotel and hotel company blamed each other for responsibility of the money which is atrocious. Neither the hotel nor the company will give us a fair and suitable refund as we have booked 3 rooms for 7 nights we would have hoped that would refund us for 6 of those due to the fact we have refused to stay at the hotel as a result of its hygiene standards of the three rooms. As a thai citizen bringing family from the UK Im am appalled and humiliated by the standards of this company and is a disgrace to Thailand and should be ashamed by this. Until the money is refunded we will continue these reviews and complaints and as a result riddle this company into humiliation.

    Wife refused refund for inadequate and hotel they booked and didnt even stay at

    Good evening I would like to express my concern in respect of a book by my wife in to your hotel. On arrival the rooms were dirty and not as advertised ??. She is working to a budget and has asked for a refund which the hotel has refused to give her . I feel that this is unfair considering that they have not stayed there . I am requesting that the company refunds her the money she has paided or i will be forced to take legal action against the company and expose the deceit on social media from the UK. I myself work for the Mercedes benz brand and i am appalled at the way my wife has been treated im sure you will agree. This should not happen with a branded hotel??

    Poor Location & room

    I visited this hotel by using a tour package, first its poor location, nothing can you see in this hotel, its so old, like old hotel. i got room with no air conditioning works properly, and only receptionist can spoke english, so when i complain about the rooms, the bell boy or other staff cant. my english is bad, but at least i know the basic. And first its refuse to change rooms, and i waiting for 1 hours before they let me change to another rooms. Breakfeast average, near hotel there local minimarket. I think its need to renovate or redecorate. And Bar its so old with old local song
