  Well impressed

  Used as a stop over whilst visiting historic sites / houses in the area. Picked a gem. Fabulous room with great facilities and spotelessly clean. Great service - well rehersed for covid compliance - and the breakfast was very well presented and the food great. All at an exceptionally good price.

  Baby shower

  I hosted my sister in laws baby shower at the park house this moth and it was excellent. The afternoon tea was superb, staff are incredibly accommodating and the event space was perfect. I would highly recommend the park house to friends and family.

  GREAT STAFF

  Should have stayed here in April but it got postponed - no prizes for guessing why! Because of human error by one of their staff, which can occur in any organisation, we finally got round to staying here on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October. I have to say the Park House Hotel went over the top to rectify the situation (with FULL credit to the Manager, Daniel) to the extent if and when we go back to Shifnal on business or otherwise, we will most certainly stay here again. The Dining Room staff went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements (I am coeliac), sending out for gluten free bread and the chef making Gluten Free batter so I could have onion rings with my steak. First onion rings I'd had in years and they were GREAT! Even a gluten free vegetarian sausage with my cooked breakfast. GRATEFUL THANKS also to Tawry-Kate Baileyt (hope i've got that name right!) for her kindness - she'll know what I'm referring to. Top marks to all the staff at the Park House Hotel, Shifnal, til next time.

  Excellent Hotel

  Stayed overnight on business at this attractive hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room with good wifi, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, very good food. Good Covid precautions. Highly recommended.

  Lovely hotel and location

  The company I work for use this hotel as the base for external sales staff to stay whilst visiting the office in Four Ashes. I stayed I believe 7 times of varying durations and I am a big fan of the hotel. Comfortable rooms, large bathrooms and always water, biscuits and tea making equipment on hand. After long days of travelling and days in the office its wonderful to get down to the bar. The food is always of a high standard and service is great. Have always had a good laugh with whoever is behind the bar, I specially remember Chris who is always a joy. If I had one gripe it would be the Coors Light needs to go and another high quality lager brought in to replace. May I recommend Camden Hells! Oddfellows down the road has it, it will go down a treat! All in all, a great place to be, I look forward to my office visits and I look forward to returning in 2021 once the COVID restrictions have eased.
