  Lunch at Panari Nyahururu

  We had a lovely lunch. An amazing place and very good service. The Manager Mr Vinay and staff really looked after our group. Excellent service. Amazing food and very child friendly with a nice playground where the kids played after and before lunch. Would definitely visit again with the whole family.

  Our first trip to Kenya

  We came here for the night with family as we were exploring the area. The rooms are amazing and the view and environment is great. The restaurant and bar is very good quality and the staff are a credit to the company name. We really enjoyed our time here and loved our log fire at night. Thank you Panari resort.

  Poor customer care, crapy service

  Visited this place on 26th December with my siblings and sat at the bar and we sat for 20min waiting to be served no one came to even ask us nor welcome us, later we found a waiter and we ordered our cocktails and the mojito was pathetic no alcohol and we complained about it and they ignored us Totally disappointed

  My review at Panari resort Nyahururu

  The hotel is good but they would do better in the following ways: food selection was poor most of the meals were dry and the food for kids is too bland. No variety at all . I think they took more people than they can handle . The dustbins in the room are open type instead of closed ones . They need to put bigger dustbins at each apartment downstairs for. The place is cold but they promise to give a duvet or light a fire you have to follow up with the reception even 5 times for them to action . I would suggest since since they have an indoor pool they can allow guests to swim upto 9pm instead of 6 pm . Overall the food is not good Gary and have a variety on the meals and do more on the kids menu. The lady serving was not motivated at all and she seemed overwhelmed.

  Great Resort

  Excellent service, excellent resort, very serene and beautiful. I love the setting and arrangement of the villas. Great for business and relaxation services Will definitely be coming back!
