  worst experience

  manager at reception was rude and incompetent. She was unprofessional, she talked back, denied to let me speak with anyone else, she said things happen in the Property according to her and those were her words and I should cancel the booking and leave.I have stayed in hundreds of hotels being in my profession and never have I ever encountered such a harassing behaviour from somebody who is supposed to be a part of hospitality industry. I felt insulted. Its a shame since its a nice property It was the worst stay of my life. The absolute worst. All thanks for your Manager. Also, the sofa was torn, the sheets weren't pressed and for all the pain they made me go through to not let me take my speaker there was somebody playing loud music. ironic.

  The best vacation I ever had

  The staff was very helpful specially on the front desk Shubham was very kind and helpful, the food was impeccable 10/10 would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to spend a good time and the most memorable holiday of my life.

  Worst manager and attitude

  Manager is unprofessional talk like do what u want to do..I dont care I paid 12000 for 3 rooms.They give me garbage Place I said refund me if u dont have any room or location..manager said I dont talk or refund talk to your agent and do what u want to do I dont care ........They give us near property room which is located near hotel wall and said we dont refund amount if u dont stay..lots of fight after 1 hour they refund the amount but my marriage anniversary is spoil..dont go there they are making fool..kindly check the pic which uploaded by hotel site or any other agent site and look what they give to us ....and at last manager is very unprofessional very bad guy...

  Love to stay here

  I am from Delhi, if you are looking for a short trip with same change this place can be considered, The main thing is quantity in manner,Location is Very good its on very green area broad Roads ,shopping complex is in walking distance, airport is near by, Second property is aged and need upgrading but its well maintained and neat and clean ,beautiful lawn with a huge swimming pool a professional tennis courts and the main thing A give star gym , NOW we come on food REALLY ITS MIND BLOWING, NOT TO MISS we have many thing south indian,north India,mughali and Chinese all are upto mark,and the last thing its situated in a very posh area but still the menu price are competitive with nearby restaurants

  Best place to stay for family and couples

  I am from Delhi, if you are looking for a short trip with some change in your routine this place is considerable, The main thing is quantity in all manner,Location is Very good, broad Roads ,shopping complex is in walking distance, airport is near by, Second property is aged and need upgrading but its well maintained and neat and clean ,beautiful lawn with a huge swimming pool lush green environment like you are on a hill station, a professional tennis courts and the main thing A five star gym , NOW we come on food REALLY ITS MIND BLOWING, NOT TO MISS we have tasted many thing south indian,north India,mughali and Chinese all are upto mark,and the last thing its situated in a very posh area but still the menu price are competitive with nearby restaurants Staff is also good
