  Para los que tienen buena suerte...

  No se si fue mala suerte porque elegimos el hotel basándonos en los comentarios y la nota de Booking pero: - nos dieron la habitación del fondo, muy pequeña aunque solo tenga camas de tamaño Queen Size y una de las únicas que no tenia vista a la piscina. - la puerta de la habitación que se enganchaba al suelo al abrir. Había que empujar fuerte para entrar. - solo había 3 juegos de toallas aunque éramos 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños). Tuvimos que reclamar el cuarto juego. - el servicio de limpieza que nos despierto la primera mañana... y que nos dejo de nuevo solo 3 juegos de toallas - La presión del agua de la ducha, no es que era floja, sino que no había. - El lavabo del baño tan ridículamente pequeño que invitan con un cartel en usar preferentemente el lavabo de la cocinita... que tenia el tampón bloqueado y no se podía vaciar... Al comentar esos problemas al irnos, solo obtuvimos un aire dubitativo como respuesta de la persona en el mostrador...

  Hotel ideal para relajarse

  Es el hotel perfecto para relajarse y descansar. Las habitaciones están decoradas como de los años 60, y son muy nuevas y amplias. La piscina del hotel está estupenda, abierta las 24 horas del día (te puedes bañar de noche, cuando está decorada con velas) y tiene puesta siempre música para relajarte (Frank Sinatra). Nosotros fuimos en septiembre, había poca gente y estuvimos muy tranquilos. Además, al ser temporada baja, conseguimos la habitación a muy buen precio. Hay WIFI gratis y en la recepción hay siempre snacks, café y fruta para comer. Sin duda, totalmente recomendable.

  Glorified Motel

  They dont tell you that they only have 9 spaces for 15 rooms. The entrance is on a very dark street and you have to walk half block to get in. They asked me to park on the street So many other places to stay for $450 for per night! Learn from my mistake. If you decide to stay there. I hope you hear me in the back of your head. Saying I told you so!

  Charming Boutique Hotel

  Went here with a couple of friends in an attempt to change up the scenery and relax for a few days. We were a bit apprehensive about staying in a hotel with COVID lurking about, but any reservations we had were quickly put to rest the minute we walked in the lobby to check-in. From the sanitized pens and remote controls to the tape across the room doors indicating no one had entered after cleaning, this place made us feel safe a welcome. The rooms were funky and fun (see pics) and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Some highlights: -good coffee in the rooms, but great Lavazza coffee and little snacks/tea each morning out by the pool -several fire pits out by the pool -wine/beer/soda for purchase on-site -comfortable beds -Apple TV (I stayed in Room 101 which had two tvs) -good music out by pool (reggae, Sinatra, etc.) -claw foot bathtub/gorgeous bathroom -excellent security (cameras/locked gates) We had a fun stay and wouldnt think twice about coming back to this spot again!

  No Covid information and my Xmas destroyed

  24 Dec. I book my room 2 days before Xmas. I received this mail two hour after because I asked early check-in: "Our check-in is 4:00PM, anytime after that is perfectly fine as well. Looking forward to seeing you!" 25 Dec. after three hours trip a staff member asked me that my room is not ready (my fault, too in advance: noon) -please come back here in a couple of hours and your room will be ready. two hours after the same staff member asked me: - are you a first responder? -no why? -we can rent a room only to a first responder GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! The hotel made at least three huge mistake: -why no information about Covid restriction on hotel's website? -why they didn't tell me this problem by mail? -why they didn't tell me nothing in person? horrible communication and they destroyed my Christmas... Thanks a lot Palm Springs hotel. EPIC FAIL!
