  Location

  Easy to find ,next small street up from number 7 .some rooms overlook the beach.i must say the hotel is pretty basic,no lift and small tight stairs,tv is ok but limited channels.small restaurant beside lobby which serve Bon cafe ,my favorite coffee.this hotel is all about being close to the beach,if that's your thing it's ok for you...but don't expect luxury....

  Basic

  Very basic accommodation on Jomtien. We were in room 8 which overlooked the sea amongst all the power cables. Our room was big enough and was made up of a standard double and a corridor with a kitchen that appears to be falling to pieces that connected us to the bathroom, also not in great shape. The bad: Noisy, very smelly room as there is a problem with the toilet - a man came up to our room on the second day and gave my husband a 10 minute tutorial on how best to flush the toilet; flush, turn the stop valve, wait for the trickle to end, flush again, turn the valve back. Not ideal really. There is no lift so not suitable to those who dislike stairs, and the beds are very hard. Jomtien isn't the nicest place I have ever been to say the least. I won't be returning to the area and especially this hotel. The good: Good wifi connection, cheap rooms, opposite the beach.

  Great location and restaurant

  The rooms need some restoration work as the floor is coming up, not all windows have proper covering, and shower curtain with mold is a health hazzard. Overall, friendly, helpful staff, great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a list of available tours for you to do during your stay. If your looking for a quiet place, Pattaya is not it. It is a lively place with lots of bars and loud music. Great for travel groups who are passing through. As a single female, a little awkward to travel alone as the male ratio is like 8:1.

  Convenient Location

  The decoration of the hall way for the 2nd floor and the 3 floor were quite stylish with the orange tone.. it looked pretty cozy. Pros: - The location was very convenient to the beach and all the restaurants nearby. - Its car park was small but it's fine to park at the car park along Jomtien beach. - Wifi was free of charge. - The receptionist girl was friendly. Cons: - It was pretty NOISY outside that I could hear mostly from bar girls and farang customers had a conversation with each other. Also, the wall material is quite poor and I could hear people banged their doors at night and in the morning loudly. - No breakfast was included for our standard and superior room. - The bed was hard. - TV channel was not clear. - No elevator. - Toilet was strange. Water heater didn't work properly. - Air con was loud.

  Best Value ever at this no frills hotel

  OK, so there is no pool or flashy reception etc. But honestly, all we wanted was a nice clean room with comfy bed and boy did we get it. For me this was one of the best beds i ever slept in. The room was colourful and made you feel good. TV was good, air con very good. And the Hotel is right on beach road. Such a great location, like 100 meters from Suft Kitchen. Also, shout out to the owners at reception, lovely people. Lovely coffee and very cheap. Gave me extra pillows with a smile. Been here three times now. I would not stay anywhere else on Jomtien Beach.
