  Un lujo!

  Excelente. Los departamentos están completamente equipados con lava vajilla, lava ropa, secador de ropa, microondas, horno full, cafetera, etc etc. Las vistas son muy buenas, y los apartamentos super modernos, tipo loft, completamente todas las paredes al exterior con ventanal, y un gran balcón. Se encuentra casi frente a la playa (una cuadra, pero se ve desde los dptos), tanto al frente como al contra frente), y al lado del monte. Del centro, a unas 4 cuadras. El estacionamiento viene con la reserva, y los empleados son cordiales pero estrictos. NO PARTY!. No es para jóvenes con ganas de fiesta. Las camas tienen calentadores, un plus!. Excelente experiencia.

  Exceeded our expectations

  This was an awesome apartment. We were in #307 which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It looks directly down over the swimming pool/spa pool area and out to pilot bay to the left, the mountain in front and Mt Maunganui beach to the right. You are looking over the top of other buildings to Pilot bay and between the towers to the beach but still a great outlook. The location is spectacular, out the front door and you have cafes, shops and the beach right there. The apartment is laid out well with a full kitchen and a laundry, plus the two good sized bathrooms, one with a bath. A lovely big dining and living area open plan with the kitchen and then a big deck. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and good to deal with at all times. There were some small maintenance issues that needed attending to, but pretty minor in the scheme of things. We would definitely return.

  This is the place for us!

  Our second visit was great...the apartment is large, centrally located and clean. We had everything we needed plus..... this is our new holiday destination... we love it and the views are to die for.. Once again thank you so much for our wonderful holiday.... see you in 3 months.

  Fun

  A really nice place to stay, apartments are starting to look tired and warn but still really great location with loads to do. For the expensive price you pay CLEAN THE POOL Its discussing!!!!! We swam everyday and never once saw the managers. The pool is colder than the ocean which is why there is never many people in it for this day and age is a bit off. The amount of people in the spa because it is heated needs to be cleaned everyday. To the managers particularly the man if you speak to people like dirt you will expect to be be spoken back to like that on several occasions we watched you talk down to people like they were beneath you may I remind you they are your bread and butter at least be pleasant your wife couldnt have been nicer take a lesson out of her book. I dont care who you are there is no need to be rude and you most definitely where on every occasion we saw you, very disappointing.

  Overrated

  We spent 8 days in a 3 bed apartment (703) with NO WORKING INTERNET. They sure knew about it as they gave us a ridiculously small refund straight away. It's unacceptable to make people pay top dollar for an accommodation with NO INTERNET for 8 days, ripped sofas, a lukewarm spa-pool and faded worn out pool towels. We were returning clients but our experience this time was underwhelming. The Pacific is getting old and tired, definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
