  Ideal location

  Use this hotel when traveling between UK and Spain. It is close to the autoroute so easy access on arrival and departure. The staff are efficient and always very pleasant. The rooms are clean and beds and bedding comfortable and breakfast is good. There is a good choice of places to eat nearby if you do not want to eat in the hotel, or if the hotel restaurant is closed(Sundays).

  OK hotel in Le Mns Area.

  I booked late for a last minute trip to the 24 Hour race via Booking.com. The hotel is an average 2/3 star business hotel close to an out of town industrial/wholesale shopping area -there are no cultural sites nearby. There are several places to eat within walking distance, but mainly franchise chains (Frankie & Benny's, McDee's etc). Taxi availability during race week is limited and fares are high - expect to pay 30 Euro per trip to the circuit or town. The staff are friendly and the 10 Euro breakfast plentiful, tasty and varied. There is a small bar and the staff will serve an excellent beer at any time, upon request. The rooms are basic, comfortable and clean; the bathrooms functional, plenty of towels and the water hot. Parking is free and plentiful, the hotel is within striking distance of a motorway. If you're looking for a clean place to sleep and shower its an OK choice for the race weekend, but only if you have your own transport. If you want culture, easy access to places of interest and Le Mans's great tram system, probably not the best choice.

  Geat

  We have stayed here a few times an an overnight stop on our way to our holiday destination. First off it is not the Ritz and it never claims to be. So disregard all the people who say it is disappointing. It is in a good spot for the motorway, with loads of restaurants around. There is ample parking the hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Also wash room has air conditioning. The breakfast is a lovely continental spread. Note to the owners, well done to your staff they should be commended.

  Great time

  Good hotel at a good price. Great people running the hotel. Ideal for coming off motorway and easy to find. Far enough away from the motorway, so no noise. Restaurant food 5 star as was the service, all around a very good hotel

  A great stop over

  Perfect for our one night stop driving from Andorra to Portsmouth. Very friendly and even spoke reasonable English which made our whole experience even better. Basic room but with air conditioning which was great on this warm night. Actually had a kettle which in my experience is a rare thing in France. Will definitely use next time.
