Disrespectful Management/Several emails sent with no response!Overall the hotel is beautiful, but it was the staff that was horrible. I'm not certain if the "Manager" works for Spa Castle or The One Hotel, but either way I have sent several emails to an individual that the staff gave me and told me was the "Manager", and I have yet to hear anything back. Me and my fiancée purchased one of the most expensive rooms and spent approx. $200 at the restaurants and bar for one night of relaxation and bliss. We had a night manager raise his voice at us and disrespect us because we didn't understand the "new procedures". By the time we checked out the following morning we had decided we will NEVER return. Take my advice, don't spend your money there. The amenities are amazing but the staff is subpar. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. As of this moment, I still have not received a call or email from their management after sending several emails over something that could have been discussed and corrected in a matter of fifteen minutes. Its obvious they don't care, since they have already received our hard earned money.

I stink at coming up with titlesI've stayed at this hotel a few times. It is unique and not for everyone. Keep in mind this hotel is set up for couples so it may occupy 4 or more people but there is really only one real bed. Where my complaint comes in is the spa runs 24 hours meaning the minute you pay for the spa your 24 hours start. I work out. You have to pay for the spa in order to work out and the gym has always been right next to my room. But you can't get to it except through the spa. This visit I have to work the first day I'm in Dallas so I'm not ready to pay for the spa. At $260+ for a night I should have access to the gym. Also, the spa technically is not open 24 hours. I'm honestly not even sure what is open there past midnight. The hotel could be cleaner. Especially for the price.

Nice but lackingThe standard room was really pretty but there were some things lacking. Our sink faucet was loose. Our bedside lamps didn't work. Dust covered the vents. It had slow wi-fi. The doorbell didn't work. The closet motion detector was off. The water pressure was low. I didn't like the lack of privacy in regards to the bathroom. The staff was nice, but they seem more concerned about selling the spa, which is the major component of the place...I get that. We did have to vacate the building at 5:30 in the morning, due to a fault in the fire alarm system. I guess what impressed me the most, they weren't afraid to display a Bible.

Rude staffs & bad managementI stayed one night at here. 1st, when I got there to check in at 2:30, front desk told me I had to wait 30 min there because it is hotel policy. I had long flight and needed to check in now, she did not even responded to me. 2nd, when I woke up.at 6 AM, there was power outrage on that night. Nobody noticed anything, not even a memo. The corridor was so dark, so I could not even think of going outside room. The front desk phone line was dead. I took a shower in cold water & waited until sun came up, the went down to the lobby (no elevator!!), the manager said just sorry. That was it. The hotel does not have the generator nor safety manual! Worst hotel stay experience in my life.
