  Simply Beautiful

  Stayed 4 nights at Ocean Spa Lodge after safaris in Rwanda and Maasai Mara and it was everything we wanted. Stunning property built in an African style but to elegant 5 star standards. Friendly smiley staff, delicious food and drinks, beautiful air-conditioned rooms with plentiful indoor and outdoor space, great spa and simply stunning swimming pool and beach location. Thank you too to resort managers Luca and Julia who made us feel totally at home. Nothing was too much trouble. An easy 5 star rating and so worth choosing Ocean Spa Lodge to relax.

  Truly wonderful experience

  We stayed here as part of a safari and beach holiday in August 2019. We were looked after like VIP guests from the moment we were greated at Ukunda airstrip. The gardens, villas, staff, food and the facilities created a perfect setting for relaxing and Giulia and Luca made sure we always had everything we desired. They arranged two special surprise dinners for us during our stay which added to the whole amazing experience. Not only did we get treated like VIPs but we were also made to feel like part of an Ocean Spa family. The staff very quickly picked up on what we liked from the two towels on our sun loungers to a gin and tonic mid morning, it just made everything so effortless and easy. The suite was kept very clean with fresh flowers arranged on the bed every day. It reminded us of a beach villa in the Maldives. Finally I must mention the amazing food, beautifully prepared and presented along with being delightful on the taste buds. The dinner menu each day is a proposal and mostly we chose from it but the chef was quite happy to work with our requests on a couple of occasions when we fancied something different. This was a truly wonderful experience which we would love to repeat one day. Thank you Giulia, Luca and team for looking after us and making our stay so special.

  Lovely Place

  Spent one night and two days at this lovely beach lodge. Service was very personalized, they cater to your dietary restriction and taste. All the rooms are suites and all are different. loved every moment.

  Lovely place

  We loved staying at the ocean spa lodge. Luca and Julia made us feel very welcome. The suite was lovely with very comfortable beds and a great seating area and superb views. The beach is really unspoiled and not crowded at all.

  Romantic get away

  I visited this lodge for three nights, on my first wedding anniversary with my husband. The lodge is heavenly with nature all round and has a romantic set up . The rooms are clean, spacious, classy, all around nature, pure whites and encourages relaxation. The food is custom made to suit your desires and the variety is just awesome. The staff was friendly and interacted freely with us. The Chef actually came to speak to us after dinner..that was indeed special. I look forward to going back to relax with my husband for a longer period. Well done to Luka and his team for doing a good job and making us relax
