  WOW an amazing place

  We have just come back from 2 nights at the Norwood and all we can say is WOW! From the minute we asked about parking till the minute we left the keys we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble an amazing place run by the friendliest of ladies. Beds so comfy and the breakfast was tasty and filling to set you up for the day. If your expecting a modern place this isnt for you, its tidy and very clean and very homely

  Another great stay

  Thank you to Veronica, Mary and Tom for another great stay. Love the room up the top fantastic views. Shame no Sammy the seagull Breakfast as Fabulous as ever. Lots of choice despite covid restrictions

  October break, post retirement. Awesome.

  We arrived Thursday afternoon, and were immediately presented with a pot of tea for two, with a couple of Kit Kat Chunkies. The friendliness and kindness of Veronica, Mary and Tom were exceptional. Daily print-outs of the weather and a list of things to do in the torrential rain. Nothing was to much trouble for our wonderful hostesses. 'Is the room warm enough?', would you like more sausages/ tea/toast?? A very comfortable room, close to the local station and bus routes. Lots of eating places in the local area, from a seaside chippy to classy restaurants. Teresa and I will definitely be back. Dave.

  Superb stay!

  We visited the Norwood for a week in September and had a fabulous time. From the minute we arrived Mary, Veronica and Tom could not do enough for us! We booked quite last minute and so glad we managed to get in here. Excellent COVID measures in place and spotlessly clean. Our room was small but provided everything we needed and the bed was super comfy! We were welcomed with a drink and chocolate bar on arrival, and we were left chocolate bars on our door every day. There is a good choice for breakfast and they are happy to provide pretty much anything you want, and its delicious. Love the fact that this place is so dog friendly as we are dog lovers, even though we dont have one. Its also in a great location a short walk from the town but also very close to a couple of pubs/bars. Bus stop and taxi rank are also just over the road. We werent able to park on site as there are only 3 spaces but there is parking at a nearby hotel, literally right behind the guest house, that you dont get charged any extra for, even though the owners do have to pay for it. Because of this we did move the car as soon as we could to save them money. I wouldnt hesitate to book here again, thank you so much for a great stay!

  Dog Friendly

  What a fantastic, friendly, and welcoming family, run B&B, nothing was to much trouble, every need catered for, even the dog was spoiled.. Room was nice and restocked every day. Breakfast was very nice and tasty.. Will be back for sure.. Thanks for a great weekend.
