  Stay wthere last night. Outlook was good hotel, but when enter the basement parking I started realizing that this hotel is not good. Parking area look like leave unfinished. Lobby is ok nothing special tho they display some fake LV bags.. what a shame... Room is ok quite big for family with Stay wthere last night. Lobby is ok nothing special tho they display some fake LV bags.. what a shame... Room is ok quite big for family with 2 children and bad was fine, complimentary in room just ok. Bath room was the worst part in the hotel so many stain at the wall, floor and sink..it look like gas station toilet aside of the hot water shower.. Breakfast is bad, very last variety and some food not properly cooked or over cooked, even asking some jam for the bread took forever, never come until finish breakfasts. At pool area was very dirty, so many cigarettes on the floor.. Unless no other choice for hotel...

  Old hotel

  I stay for one night at this hotel. staying at the executive room. the room was big and spacious, but the interior was old enough. so many dent and scratch at the wall and mirror. Need to improve at the cleanliness side. The bed sheet was thin. The receptionist need training to improve their hospitality and smile when welcoming the guest

  Comfortable this hotel

  Greetings from netherlands! Last trip with family at Bandung West Java Indonesia. We decided to stay at the Newton Hotel Bandung Room 711, upon check in me assisted Receptionist. Fast process upon c/in and the hotel very comfortable. Especially reception the name is Dean he is very very friendly to me and i'am very comfortable communication with him, not only that he help me to find the best restaurant in bandung and booked taxi for me trip to restaurant. Thank u Dean for great service and thank u hospitality!

  Disappointed

  We booked for 20 rooms. But until 3.15pm we just got 11 rooms. And when we arrive, there is event in their ballroom. It so loud and we can hear it in 2nd floor... Please be more prepare. We are tired from the journey. And still have to wait for the room to be ready.

  Worst i've ever been!!!

  My family and i booked the hotel through traveloka we paid for the non breakfast one because we wanted to go in the morning (we didn't expect any breakfast). When we arrived, everything went smoothly till we reached the elevator. We entered the elevator by 9 persons. Then suddenly it went down and didn't work. We wanted to panick but we succeed for not being panick. Some of us went to the 3rd floor by stairs (include my grandma who is already 60+ and we broughr our own stuffs). That was suck. It was my 1st experience stucked in a elevator. When we arrived at the 3rd floor we met some staffs (unprofessionally uniform, e.g super tight jeans and bad greetings, duh), we asked them about the elevator and they told us that the maximum is 4 persons within. But we didn't notice since the sign isn't noticable. Freak, idk if they do Hazzard and things or not in this hotel. Okay we learnt from the mistakes. I've got room 307. When i entered the room, the room was really2 old and not that great. It's dusty and scratchy. The bathroom was smelly, so i sprayed my perfume. Also, it's a bit dark, so i opened the door when i took the shower. I hate it. They only provide 1 dental kit with 1 glass in the bathroom. Idk they don't provide shampoo or soap. The linen feels so dirty. Also, they only provide 1 mineral water 330ml. 2 tea bags, 1 coffee sachet, and a bunch of sugar sachet. Do they think i drink sugar water? Freaaak. Also, at night before i slept, i decided to drink some tea, so i boiled the water with the kettle. ANd when i opened the kettle, it was watery. EW. When i prepared the glass, the glass was dirty. EW EW EW. My grandma was asked the staff about the tissues within our room. 1 of them told her that they have prepare the tissues. But when we got back to the hotel, the tissue box was empty. Idk what's going on with this hotel. IT WAS SO HORRIBLE FOR ME. And i absolutely not going back.
