  Great service, fantastic staff!

  I stayed in the New Concept from 18-20 and 22-25 Dec 17. We had a 3 Days 2 Nights trip in between and had requested to have our luggage, including some desserts kept with them. We were happy to have luggage and desserts already in our room for our second check-in. We are able to get transportation to the places we go at a reasonable fee, less than 100 Baht per trip. In fact, we only need to pay 20 Baht for both of us to visit the Royal Flora. It was great that we were able to call and get a driver to pick us up quite quickly when we were done. The complimentary breakfast buffet was something we looked forward to every morning. My favorite is the fruits and salad selection. They were very fresh and appealing! Local food like pad Thai, green curry, fried rice, etc, were also available. There were bread, various types of egg dishes, ham, chicken sausage and breakfast cereal. Drinks like, coffee, tea, Chinese tea, fresh milk and juices were served too. The best part is that breakfast is served from 6 am! Hence, we get to enjoy leisurely breakfast even on the day when we are catching a morning flight. After so much eating in Chiang Mai, I was able to use the gym. A pool was also available for use. I think kids will like this pool because there are very big animal floats that they can sit on. There are recliners around the pool, where we can lie on to enjoy the stars on clear nights. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They could speak good English, so it was easy for us to make enquiries. We enjoyed free welcome drink, bottled minerals water, packet fruit juice, canned tea, peanut and potato chips as welcome gift on the day of our arrival. There are local food stalls just outside. So we had delicious yen to fu, barbecue meats for dinner. We had nice walks in the neighborhood after our hearty breakfast. We get to see fruit trees and some interesting plants. We're really grateful to the staff for making our stay an enjoyable one.

  Apartment hotel

  Well the rooms are well equipped and clean. Most of the staff speak English. The hotel does not provide a mini bus service that's is only for the residents who have actually bought the holiday apartment. If you have Uber it's fine you can order a taxi yourself as there is nothing near by. Staff did not help me as I needed a taxi. They said sorry we don't have a number for a taxi that I could call. Just look on line and order your taxi. Breakfast is limited.

  Dangerous floors!!!

  Lovely place but slippery floors around pool area and changing rooms!! Very dangerous. I fell today and others did too. The same yesterday apparently. Safer flooring needed urgently then the place will be lovely!

  Excellent Service

  A very cosy and nice affordable accommodation in the suburb of Chiang Mai , offering very comfortable accommodation and excellent guest service. Swimming pool and spa and nice and the attentive service of the staff in restaurant , transportation, as well as from office made our stay very fruitful and enjoyable . Will be back again!

  Hotel with pantry and great facilities

  This is a condominium converted to hotel so the room has small kitchenette and dining table which I love. We stayed in 1 bedroom suite which is spacious and clean. Too bad that the bed is not king size. The location is quite far from everything but in exchange you get good deal for large comfortable room and they have restaurant, spa and large fitness center and pool so you have everything you need. Breakfast is so so Chinese tour style but good enough to start the day.
