  Estancia en Pemba

  Estuvimos una noche en Nautilus, que ya conociamos de estancia anterior y como siempre, completamente recomendable - el sitio es magnifico, enfrente de la playa de Pemba, el bungalow muy comodo y la comida excelente.

  The rooms need attention. AC not working properly Towels old Service slow Choice of breakfast could be upgraded and then you get charged if you want a coffee refill. For dinner the kitchen had very little stock so half the menu was not available and we had to go and eat outside the hotel

  It was good, need improvement

  with the excellent location, the few things which need to be improved including the breakfast menu & room services. The room was not properly cleaned with no amenities like basics on soaps, shampoos provided though I carry my own. No room service and telephones to contact the receptionist and the restaurants. No one to help with the luggage during check out. Expensive deal to stay with limited service

  Work and fun in Pemba

  A good hotel that is located right on the beach. Most staff can speak English (or a little of it) which is good for non-Portuguese visitors. I liked the free laundry service, something that long-stay guests will surely appreciate. Good location as the hotel is a stone-throw from Shoprite shopping mall. There is however need for improvement on bathroom towels, some of which have seen better days. Also, there is need for consistent supply of toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. Overall, this is one of the best hotels in Pemba.

  Recommended facilities in Pemba

  I recommend Nautilus because it is excellent place for who visit Pemba for business or vacancy/ holidays. Very clear, safe and with excellent quality of service at the reception and restaurant. I recommend investment in a permanent beach environmental/ cleaning staff.
