Shame on this greedy hotelWe never even made it to our stay. We booked this place over a month ago and days before our stay which was supposed to be on 11/20/20 we got a cancellation email. When calling to ask what was going on I was told by more then one person that the hotel booked a large event so they just went ahead and canceled already booked reservations. Absolutely despicable!!!!! I was told someone would call me back and they NEVER DID. My husband and I were so excited to get away for a kid free weekend and now we are left with nowhere to go. This place ruined the one thing we were looking forward to as essential workers this year! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Awesome place for getaway! As far as the stay these people are good! I will start with Amber because she checked me in as well as some others i saw right near me. She is Super! and awesome. super speady efficient and very friendly and nice! She also did a bingo with Amy on Saturday with quite a number of kids i would say probably close to 20 or more and was awesome. Amy of course you probably know is amazing she handles any issue that comes up and does it well! Edwin or EJ is king! hes hands on and gets things done! the amount of requests we had and he was always there.... he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everyone in the hotel! Ken is another super star... dont see him as much becuase of his intersting hours... Lol but really smooth friendly and awesome.

a stay at a stable would probably be nicerwhere do I begin? I think that nothing I write will really describe this nightmare of a thing the call a resort. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITVE REVIEW YOU READ AS THEY ARE FROM EMPLOYEES OR FRIENDS! THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE THAT YOU WANT TO WAKE UP FROM IMMEDIATELY!!! STAFF: * rude and disrespectful miserable people * they tell everyone to wear masks when some of them are prancing around without it LOBBY: * the heating does not work in the lobby. you are better of sitting outside. at least u get fresh air and enjoy some of the nature * There is a makeshift waterfall. there is slime and dirt and a few cups of water in it. TRUST ME U CANT EVEN MAKE A WISH IN THERE TO GET OUT OF THIS DUMP ELEVATOR: Broken Ice machines non existent. the only option is to get some ice from the snow outside the hotel ROOM: the one I stayed in is the example of a pig stye. or maybe that is too nice in comparison. *shabby carpet *ugly bed ruffles that werent even put on properly HEAT: do they even know what it is? the heating was broken. it was set to ON but the wind was blowing the curtains as if i was beachside. WHAT IN THE UNIVERSE? they supplied a portable mini heater because they know that there isnt any heat in this ramshackle dungeon. I covered myself with 2 blankets and wore 3 layers of clothing and froze. I would have been better off in an igloo or Siberia. i barely got any sleep. now comes the bed.... BED: the bed literally moved. I was in the room by myself. I thought i was hallucinating but when i got out of the bed it shifted completely. I do not drink alcohol or do recreational drugs....so what in the actual heck was it all about? a bed moving? now thats something that would happen in a haunted house. maybe if i would drink i would have passed out on the moving bed. ALLADIN on the magic carpet sounds more fun. BATHROOM: towels were shredding, dirty , hard and old. the metal towel holder was rusty there wasnt any slip proof mat in the bathtub which is dangerous. now if I were to slip the handle on the side of the tub was broken and rusty. so if i were to hold on i would have landed in the ER...which actually almost happened . there was a hair in the bathtub before i even went in no shower gel just awful stinky bar soaps that are useless and leave slime on ur hands and body...which would be great if it could help u slip out of this horrific place. POOL: slimey at the bottom. it looked so dirty. only go in there if u want to get a few infections and take a few doses of antibiotic. MY ADVICE IS STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS $H!Tty HOTEL!!! at first i thought it was a hire by the hour hotel....not even good for that either. poor excuse of a place. horrific...ugly...disgusting....I dont have enough time to write exactly how I feel. this says enough!!! I GAVE IT 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDNT SUBMIT A REVIEW OTHERWISE!!!

Terrible.First of we made reservations 2 weeks before the trip. Two days before we were supposed to head to the resort it was cancelled by the resort. So we tried again and we were able to get a room . We get to the hotel and they gave us attitudes . Terrible service. They were rude. We did not have heat. They gave us a portable small heater that did not work properly. The pool was dirty and the amenities were too. Its was just a terrible stay!

Nothing specialI have a rule that if no one cares about their hotel enough to ask 'how my stay was?' then I go hard online. So here goes. First up, we were not asked if we wanted smoking or non smoking room. I would assume the default would be non-smoking. Wrong. Our room smelt like a tobacco plant. But because it was such a long way back to reception (worthy of a drive) we were tired so we stayed in the room. Our kids went into the room which was in need of some TLC. The chlorine was so strong it turned my daughters hair bright green! hahaha Room was good to have separate living area and was warm enough to dry off the ski gear. Overall, good location for skiing at Jack Frost, but the rooms and hotel are pretty basic.
